Taehyung and Seokjin knew each other for less than six hours back when they were barely jut six years old.
When one leaves with a promise of coming back, will he be able to keep it?

Jin spent the rest of the day trying to concentrate on the lessons but failing horribly. He found himself constantly looking towards Taehyung's chair to see if he came back but it remained empty. Even during lunch Taehyung was nowhere to be seen. Jin frowned for the 100th time that day as he tried to get rid of his thoughts. Why was he so bothered by that guy?
He was pulled out of his thoughts by Moonbyul who turned to where jimin was sitting alone in the cafeteria table and called out "Hey! Jimin why don't you come sit with us?" Jimin seemed hesitant at first but complied and came to sit with us.
"Where is Taehyung?"
Everyone looked at the person who asked the question with raised eyebrows.
Jin mentally slapped himself for blurting out the question so randomly. He was about to come with an excuse when a familiar deep voice behind him interrupted him.
"Missing me already?" Taehyung said standing right behind Jin. Jin jumped, but quickly composed himself, turned back to face him and said
"Ha! Miss you my foot! I was trying to find out where you were so that I can avoid seeing your irritating face."
Taehuyngs eyes which held amusement and excitement before now held anger after what he heard Jin said. He scoffed and moved to the chair next to Jimin and sat down. "Well good to know because then i wouldn't have to put much efforts to not see your sorry excuse for a face"
Seokjin looked at Taehyung in disbelief "KIM TAEHYUNG you better mind your words or this won't end nicely" he said almost shouting. Now all the people in the cafeteria were looking at them. Taehyung was about say something when Jimin held him back. Moonbyul too motioned Jin to sit down.
Yoongi said "Everyone is watching. You can continue fighting later. Let us have lunch."
Moonbyul frowned "I only agree with half of what Yoongi said. Everyone is watching and let us have lunch in peace. But you won't be continuing your fight. You both are acting like a bunch of kids."
Seokjin pointed his hand towards Taehyung and said his voice dripping with disbelief "he started it!"
Taehyung was about to was something when Moonbyul said "exactly like a bunch of kids"
Taehyung smirked as Jin huffed and turned the other side shoving food into his mouth. Food always comes first to Jin.
But somewhere in his mind Jin was happy that Moonbyul and Jimin had stepped in between and stopped them. Because it felt wrong to fight with Taehyung. He wanted to talk to Taehyung like he and Moonbyul were talking. Taehyung giving him a small smile and not the smirk he always showed to Jin.
