Daveed: Ready as I'll ever be.
(they go up close to the vent and start speaking into it, making sure they're speaking loud and clear enough for Anthony and Emmy to hear through the vent)
Jasmine: Hey, Daveed...
Daveed: Hey...what's wrong?
Jasmine: Nothing, I just need someone to hold me right now...
Daveed: Aight...bring it in.
Jasmine: I just...There's just...I just caught...
Daveed: Shhhhh, it's okay.
Jasmine: Thank you...I'm sorry.
Daveed: For wha-
(she cuts him off and kisses him. he can tell that it wasn't a friendly prank kiss. she made sure to kiss him loud enough that they could hear)
Daveed: What was that about?
Jasmine: I'm sorry...I shouldn't have kissed you...I should go...
Daveed: Don't be sorry.
(they start kissing again. backtrack to when they first started talking)
Anthony (stopping): Hold on, baby...I think I hear something...
Emmy: Don't be paranoid, get back in bed.
Anthony (walking up to the vent): Shhhhh...
(he listens in and hears Jasmine and Anthony talking. he hears them kiss, Jasmine try to leave, then Daveed kissing her)
Anthony: Yo, what the hell.
Emmy: What is it, baby?
Anthony: I think Jasmine and Daveed down there fucking, yo!
Emmy: So what? I don't see why you're so mad. It's not like they're the first ones to cheat.
Anthony: I guess you're right...
