Ch 17

Jason said he he found a way to get my powers back.

It was during my recovery time.

I was taken in a wheel chair to the prison.

To a lab.

And I saw the bitch in a chair strapped down. She was hooked up to a machine.

She laughs.

"if it isn't the peasant who bested me" she said

"and your a bitch" I said "glad we settled it"

"I was set in a chair diagonal to hers. And then we had to link hands.

Then a machine powered up.

" this will drain the power that has a certain signature then put it into you. We are forcing it" Jason said

I nod.

"we are beginning" a doctor said

Then it began. She cried out in pain. Then it hit me as well and then it hit me and I screamed.

They evacuated the room.

"zilla I'm right here" Jason said in a speaker.

The metal fused to my bones. They weren't splints any more.

I was then in a void. And saw a gaint beast with blue eyes. It leans down and snorts at me.

Then sniffed me a bit then stood tall and roar.

And lightning struck behind it.

"godzilla" I exclaimed.

It roared again.

Then got closer and had its head down.

"Zina Barnes. You are worthy of my power." he said

Then I was back and was still screaming in pain.

It was over and they shut it down.

But I was sparking and screaming.

This was painful.

They got the bitch out of there and I was a living reactor.

Then it all stopped and I was panting.

Then I passed out.

Everything was blurry and muffled. It was too bright.

Then I woke up again but alone and in a hospital bed.

Jason walked in and noticed I was awake.

He hugged me and sobbed.

"I'm glad your okay. Your heart beat was gone and it kept dissappearing. I was so scared" he said

"I'm fine. Actually better then fine" I said moving my hands with ease.

"the splints fused to your bones" he said

"I know I felt it." I said

"you did" he asked

I nod.

"um I have something to tell you" I said

"what is it" he asked

"I met him" I said

"met who" he asked

"godzilla. Well the spirit of him. He told me I was worthy" I said

He looked confused.

Then I was tested and my entire body had been healed.

And I was safe to go home.

I felt amazing and invincible.

We went to the facility and I grew big again and I could use my atomic powers.

I was so happy.

Later that day I stopped for a moment.

I'm happy but that means I'll quit as a UA teacher.

I felt horrible now.

It was only temporary after all.

I sighed I will take tomorrow as my last day.

Next day I went to see nezu. He was glad I'm okay.

"...are you sure. The students do like you as a teacher" he said

"I was mostly confused and it is temporary. Now I got my powers back I can go back to being a hero not a teacher. And my recovery is almost complete so I won't jump the guy yet" I said

He nods.

"let me have the rest of the day today. Then I will be out of your fur" I said

"very well. It wouldn't be good if you just vanished without saying good bye." he said

I nod.

Then I went to class.

I saw the kids and they were surprised.

"miss zilla your back" broccoli said

"and for the last time" I said

"your leaving" pinky asked

"yes I am. It's my final day today" I said

"so you got your powers back" shark boy asked

"yes. See" I created a ball of atomic energy. "because I took a risk to get my powers back I fully recovered. In a painful way"

"miss zilla I have a question" sparky asked

"what" I asked

"are you and all might dating" he asked

I was shocked

"no. Why do you ask" I said

"he was seen alot at your hospital and going to your hospital room" he said

"nah. He was just guilty about my injuries is all. I say he's an idiot for thinking that he was responsible" I said crossing my arms.

"so your not" elbows asked

"nope. Like I'd date him. Please. Too much drama could come from it" I said

"so you'll go back to being a hero or whatever" yappy asked

"yup. Guys this was only temporary so don't get down" I said

"man I'm gonna miss you zilla" pinky said

"and me too, Mina. I'll miss you guys I guess" I said "plus I herd your doing internships soon. I'll send in my forms. I did watch the sports festival. You all did great"

Then the bell went.

"Kay guys time for my last gym class. Let's take a 5 minute break for we may have someone join us or not. Then we will start alright" I said

"right" they said

No one showed so I let them play dodge ball outside.

A ball came at me. I caught it with my tail.

Then threw it and hit bakugo.

"your out bakugo" I said

He growled.

"if I win you guys do 20 laps around the yard. If you win I'll show you my big form" I said "321 go"

I used speed and took out 3 of them.

I dodged a few.

Then my tail got hit thanks to iida.

"as promised" I said

Then I changed forms and stood above them.

They were amazed.

I've never done this for fun but it's fine I guess.

Then I was normal and panting.

"cool right" I said

They spoke all at once. But they were excited.
