Emilie's POV
We were sitting in the loft and my phone dinged and saw it was Grace.
Grace:Get to the local pool, Lydia and I found something.
Emilie:Okay.
"Who's coming with me to the local pool since Lydia and Grace found something." I said. "I'll come." Stiles, Isabelle, and Violet said. "I have to get going Allison texted me she did something stupid." Conner said leaving. We got in the Jeep and Stiles drove to the pool. We got out and saw Lydia and Grace freaked out. "Lydia? Lydia? Lydia, are you okay?" Stiles asked his girlfriend. "I'm okay. That, over there..." Lydia said trialing off. "Not okay." Grace said and we saw the lifeguard dead. "Yeah, all right. I'm gonna call my dad." I said. "We already called 911." Lydia said. "You called the police before you called us?" Isabelle asked. "I'm supposed to call you guys first when Grace and I find a dead body?" Lydia asked. "Yes!" Stiles yelled. I called Scott and told him. "Are you sure?" Scott asked. "Yep. Throat ripped out, blood everywhere. It's like the frickin' shining over here. Two little twin girls come out of the woods, start asking me to play with them forever and ever, I'm not gonna be surprised." I told my boyfriend. "Can you get a little closer to make sure it was them?" Sage asked. "Make sure it was them? Sage, who else is going around ripping throats out?" I asked. "Please just do it." Scott said. He hung up and I looked at Stiles. "You go check." I said.
Conner's POV
I looked at my sister like she was crazy. "When did you become the reckless one?" I asked. "I just wanted to help. Dad retired and you refused to teach me." She said. "Because I don't want you to end up like Aunt Kate or Mom." I said. "But I won't break the oath." Allison said. "Fine just use the car and there are extra arrows in the trunk." I told my sister tossing her moly keys. I found Dad getting to his car. "Hey Dad, my car broke down can you give me lift to my apartment." I said. "Sure." Dad said. "Thanks." I said and Dad dropped one of the bags. "It has to be the one with the eggs." Dad said and turned around pulling his gun out of Scott and Sage. "Uh, hi." Scott and Sage said catching the bag. "What do you need Scott and Sage?" Dad asked. "Well there are three werewolves that are running around two are Derek's sisters and the other one is Boyd." Sage said. "First of all, why would I care about anyone related to Derek? And second, I don't know this kid Boyd. I don't even know his last name." Dad said. "Boyd is his last name." Scott said. "What's his first name?"Dad asked. "Vernon." I said. "Eh. And just curious, is there a reason the gun is still pointed at us?" Sage said. "Well, there's probably still some part of me that wants to shoot you." Dad said. "We get that." Scott said. "Scott, I watched my father brainwash my daughter... Almost turn her into a killer. That world... your world decimated mine. My wife, sister, father, my entire family. Why would I ever step foot in it again?" Dad said. "You still have me and I'm still a hunter." I said. "Because people are going to die. And because you know how to catch Boyd, Molly, and Cora without killing them." Sage said nicely. "I'm sorry. I can't help you." Dad said. "Um... Do you think you could do me, like, one little, tiny favor?" Scott asked and we got in the car and Dad started driving. "Left or straight?" Dad asked. "Left. Sorry. It's right around the corner. That parking lot there. Yeah, just a little further up, right here. Thanks again for the ride." Sage said and we got out and saw the police and ambulance. "They did this? Boyd..." Dad trailed off. "Molly and Cora." Sage said. We were now in the woods with Derek and Isaac who were helping us. "Where's the last place you saw them? You're tracking them by print?" Dad asked them. "Trying to." Scott said. "Well, then, you've been wasting your time. There's only one creature on earth that can visually track footprints, and that's man. And if you're not trained like Conner and me, you have no idea that this print is Boyd's and these..." Dad trailed off. "Are Cora's or Molly' s." Isaac said trying to be helpful. "Nope. They're yours. You trampled Cora's as soon as you walked over here. Listen, I know the four of you are focusing half your energy on resisting your own urges under the full moon, but that puts you at a severe disadvantage to Boyd, Molly, and Cora, who have fully given in. They put the pedal to the floor where you four are barely hitting the speed limit." I said. "So what do we do?" Derek asked. "Focus on your sense of smell. Actual wolves are known to track their prey by up to a hundred Miles a day by scent. A trained hunter can use scent to track them. If the wind is with them, wolves can track a scent by a distance of two Miles, which means we can draw them to us... Or into a trap. Full moon does give us one advantage. They'll have a higher heat signature, which makes them easier to spot with infrared." Dad said. "Thanks, but I've got my own." Derek said. "Just remember, we're not hunting wild animals. Underneath those impulses are three intelligent human beings. Don't think they can't rely on that human side. It's suppressed, but it's there, reminding them how to mask their scent, how to cover their tracks, how to survive. When's the last time you saw your sisters?" I said. "Not in years. I thought they died in the fire." Derek said. "Do you feel like you have a lock on her scent? Scott and Sage, how confident are you in your skills?" Dad asked. "Honestly, most of the time, I'm trying not to think about all the things I can smell." Scott said. "All right. The problem is when they breach the woods and hit the residential area. Once they're past the high school, they're right in the middle of beacon hills." I said. "They're not gonna kill everything they see, are they?" Isaac said. "No. But there is an important difference to recognize. Wolves hunt for food. At a certain point, they get full. But Molly, Boyd, and Cora are hunting for the pleasure of the kill, for some primal apex predatory satisfaction that comes from the ripping of warm bodies to bloody shreds. And who knows when that need gets satiated?" Dad said. "We can't kill them." Scott said. "What if we can't catch 'em?" Derek asked. "Then maybe we just need to contain them. There's no one in the school at night, is there?" I said to make sure. "You want to trap them inside?" Derek asked. "If there's somewhere with a strong enough door, no windows or access to the outside." I told him. "What about the boiler room? It's just one big steel door." Isaac said. "You're sure the school's empty?" Dad asked. "It has to be. There can't be anyone there this late, right?" I said. "These are ultrasonic emitters. It's one of the tools we use to corral werewolves, pushing them into a direction we want them to run. Gives off a high-pitched frequency that only they can hear." Dad says handing them out and Isaac accidentally turning his on and I turned it off. "God, no kidding!" Isaac said. "These are gonna drive them to the school?" Derek asked. "And then it's up to you to get them into the basement." I said smirking. "Does anyone else want to rethink the plan where we just, uh, kill 'em?" Isaac said. "Keep your feral gremlin away from those ideas." I told Derek. "It's going to work. It'll work." Sage said. They got everything set up and I stood with Scott and noticed something. "Do you see that?" I asked. "Yeah, it's a firefly." Scott said. "No, no, I know, it..." I trailed off looking. "What?" Scott asked. "It's, uh... it's very unusual. The, uh, California fireflies aren't bio-luminescent. They don't glow." I said. "Does that mean something?" Scott asked. "Come on." I said we ran and found the others. "They're not going through the school. They're going over it." Scott said and they all looked at us. "The red doors, someone has to get them open." Dad said. "Someone has to drive them inside." Sage said. "I'll go." Dad said, does my last parent not want to see me get married or see a grandkid. "No. I'm faster." Isaac said, okay that will work. "Come and get us." Derek said opening the doors and the three ran in. "Did that actually just work?" Scott asked. "It worked. What are you hearing?" Derek said. "Heartbeats." Sage said smiling. "Three of 'em?" Derek asked. "Actually...
Four of them." Scott said. Derek went to go in and save the person. "What are you doing?" Sage asked him. "Close the door behind me and keep it shut." Derek said. "You go in there alone, and you're either gonna kill them, or they kill you." I said. "That's why I'm going in alone." Derek said and shut the doors behind us. "Guys! The sun's coming up. Guys! The sun's coming up!" Isaac yelled at us running down, we opened the doors and saw two girls and Boyd all in pain. "There's a teacher. I'll take care of her. Get them out of here." Derek said.
Emilie's POV
I was in my bedroom after finding the dead body and I heard a knock on my window. I saw it was Scott I opened it and he crawled in and I told him about what happened. "So Boyd, Molly, and Cora might not have killed anyone?" Scott asked. "You're gonna wish they did." I said. "Why?" Scott asked. "I'm not exactly sure yet. the other girl who was out in the woods, Emily? Eventually they're gonna find her. She's one of them. Emily, Heather... That guy Lydia found at the pool. All three were virgins... And they're all gonna have the same three injuries... strangled, throat slashed, head bashed in. It's called the threefold death." I said. "So if these aren't random killings, then what are they?" Scott asked lying in bed with me. "Sacrifices. Human sacrifices." I said and I saw my door opened and saw Dad standing there. "Scott you know the rules." Dad said. "The floor, I know we were just talking." Scott said. "Okay good night." Dad said keeping the door opened a crack. "I better sleep on the floor so he doesn't shoot me." Scott said. "Smart idea." I said kissing my boyfriend and he smirked in the kiss.
Conner's POV
I got to my apartment and saw my car there in the parking lot. I walked in the apartment and saw Isabelle making coffee and not greeting me. "Did I do something wrong?" I asked. "You are bringing Allison into hunting?" She asked. "Yes." I said. "I don't mind just if you do, make sure she doesn't end up like Kate or Gerard." She said. "I'll make sure, also my Dad wouldn't let that happen." I said. "Good because I want them there for everything." She said playing with the ring I proposed with. "So when are we telling everyone?" I asked. "No clue." She said.

A\N:I feel like I did a good job in this chapter with looking a bit into Conner's life and with him and Isabelle keeping a secret.
