Chapter 6: A chat with the devils, A dark Discovery

It was a few minutes after my confrontation with Bakuguo, and I was walking through the UA hallways. I came to a pause when I saw a massive crowd of boys blocking my way. When I made my way through, I saw the two girls that attacked me at the park. From what I heard the boys shouting, I deducted that the crimson-haired girl was called Rias Gremory and the girl who had her black hair in a ponytail was called Akeno Himejima. They were both second years, and were called the princess of destruction and the priestess of lightning respectively, due to their powers. As the two spotted me, they sent a glare which I assumed was supposed to be intimidating, but it had no effect. The two then walked off and I proceeded with my day.

Timeskip End of school
I was packing my bags, when a blonde-haired boy walked in, grabbing the girls' and my attention. " Hello, Akira? My name is Kiba and I was sent by Rias to get you" he said with an obviously fake smile. I then got up and followed him to what looked like an abandoned building behind the school. When we got inside, I saw the people I met at the park, and the boy I saved talking to Rias. " President, I brought him" said Kiba. " Oh, thank you Kiba" she said as he walked over to the others. " Hello Akira, and welcome to the Occult Research Club" she said. " If this is about joining a club, I'm not interested" I said earning a small laugh from her. " I will just cut to the chase. We... are devils" Wings then sprouted from her and everyone's back. " I sense a lot of power coming from you, and Issei explained to me what happened in the park. So, do you wish to join my peerage?" She asked with a confident smirk. " Sorry but no" I said as everyone looked at me wide eyed. " What, why? Becoming a devil will give you powers you could only dream of." " I doubt it could be that much power. Also, I don't plan on becoming anyone's servant." I said as i walked towards the door only to be stopped by Akeno and a small white-haired girl. " I think it would be best for you to reconsider." Said Rias. " Excuse me please." I said to girls but neither moved. " Okay look human. You can either die here, or become my servant. So be smart and just give up" she said as she put her hand on my shoulder, but to her surprise, I felt as cold as ice. She quickly removed her hand before she stared at me." I tried to be nice, but you had to go and start a problem. If you had just let me leave, things wouldn't have escalated to this." I said as the room was flooded with cold air. The small white haired girl then ran at me and knocked me to the wall. Everyone had a cocky smirk on their faces, but the boy called Issei had an uneasy look.

Issei P.O.V
I watched as Koneko knocked Akira into the wall with little to no effort, and everyone looked pleased. Though, I had an uneasy feeling about everything that took place. 'He was strong enough to beat Raynare but couldn't take one hit from Koneko. That doesn't make sense." I thought, when suddenly my instincts told me to look at Koneko. When I did, I saw Akira standing behind her with a pitch black sword to her throat. ' What? How did he get there so fast? And how did it get so cold in here?' I thought as Kiba rushed at the boy, with a sword ready. He slammed the hard steel against the boy's neck, but not even the smallest cut could be seen. Koneko then used this time to escape the boy's grasp while Kiba retreated to Rias' side. " Kiba. What the hell happened just now?" I asked the blonde. " I don't know. It was like my sword hit steel or something. I couldn't even pierce his flesh with a direct hit" he said as we all watched black-haired boy in awe. Kiba then materialized a sword of ice, and another of fire, preparing his stance. He then slashed the air as a wave of fire was shot from the flaming sword. Akira's eyes then glowed blue as he raised his sword towards the fire. As the inferno touched his blade, it was frozen solid before our eyes. " Di-, Did he just... freeze fire?" I asked. " Only high-class devils have ice magic strong enough to freeze fire that easily. And he is only a human." Said Akeno. This was the first time that I've seen Akeno have a troubled look on her face. Suddenly I felt a massive power, and i looked to see President with a crimson aura surrounding her. " You've insulted my servants and I for long enough. Now it's time for you to perish." She said as magic circle appeared infront of her and a crimson beam shot from it.
