I turned around to see who was pulling on my arm, thinking it was Remsa or Justin. But when I turned around to see the gorgeous new kid holding my shoulder. I turned around shocked, I froze. "Um..." I stuttered trying to catch my breath. He didn't move, he just stared. "Ca.. can I help you?" I finally managed to get the words out. "Um actually, yeah. I need you to help me with the..." he stopped trying to think of an excuse to talk to me, and all I did was stand there like an idiot, blushing like crazy. "I need you to show me... where the buses are, where do they pick us up? Yeah, that" he says, insecure. "It depends, what bus are you on." I decided to flirt a little. I'm not use to all of this so it was basically really awkward the whole walk to the bus. "Um... Well I'm Damon... It's really nice meeting you" he says shyly. "I'm Seirra... And same here. Out of all places why would you wanna move here?" I asked with complete confusion. This town was never a big, great city. "Well my father was deported here, on business, I don't know how I feel about it now." I laughed because that's just what felt right, first time I smiled in a while. Nothing has made me smile except for my sister since me and bryon broke up. It was a relief I guess. We talked back and forth for awhile until we got to the bus. I couldn't quite tell if he was trying to hang out with me or just wanted to start a conversation with someone so I had to be the one to ask, which was awkward. About to walk on to the bus, I asked him "Hey, if you wanna come over you can..." and before I finished I kind of remembered about the shitty life style I have. I kind of looked down, like I didn't know what to say, cause I really didn't. Telling by my facial expressions, he decided to finish the sentence, but in a different way then I expected to. "How about we walk to your house, pick up your sister and hang out at my place for awhile?" I was shocked, it was kind of like he knew what went on, like he knew everything about how fucked up it was. I nodded my head in agreement with a fake smirk. While walking home, we kind of just clicked in a way. I talked about what my dad and mom's past with us, and how I protect my sister with my life at all given moments. I wounded up talking to him about things I never even told my closest friends. "Well... I could say my life sucked in a way, but I never thought I would come across a girl like you Sierra. I'm so sorry about everything that happened to you, and I will try my best to never see you like that, or unhappy ever again." When he said this, I couldn't help but honestly look at him, and look into his beautiful eyes and... Before anything could happen my sister came running towards us, like something terrible has happened, but we didn't know what.
