Awhile later, King was asleep soundly. Until a bright glow came from where Luz was. He opened his eyes, and gasped. To see a wolf- like silhouette hovering over his friend. "Luz!" He shouted, as Luz awoken. She gasped, and was catching her breath, as if she woke up from a bad dream. "Luz, are you okay?" The little demon asked. "So... Sorry King. Just a nightmare." Luz replied. But what King just saw was no nightmare. "Really Luz. Cuz by the looks of it, it doesn't look like a nightmare to me."
"Maybe you were seeing things?" Said Luz, sheeply. "Luz, what's going on?" King was starting to get suspicious. Luz then finally gave up, and told the little demon the truth on how she got bit by a Wolfwalker, and has become one herself. "Now everytime I sleep, I turn into a wolf. If anyone sees me, I'm dead." King was shocked by this. His friend was very scared by this situation she was going through. King then came up to Luz, and hugged her. "Luz, I know you're scared about this. Everything has happened so fast." He explained. "First, you lost your way home, then Eda loses her powers, and now, you have to deal with being a Wolfwalker." King then had tears coming down his face. As Luz was starting to cry as well.
"But don't worry, I won't let anyone see you as a wolf. And to be extra safe, I know a place where we can sleep in tonight." King said, Luz however was puzzled.

The two went into the shed that was next to the House, and entered in with a couple of blankets and pillows to sleep on. Luz, in her wolf form, layed down on the blankets and curled up. With King, tucked in between her front legs. "See, we're safe in here." King said. "It's perfect." Luz smiled back, King only hearing a bark out of her. "Well, goodnight." King then curled up and fell asleep. Followed by Luz resting her head on the pillow, and falling asleep peacefully.
