(this is what would have happened if Keiji didn't have a deal to play with y/n's feelings)

Keiji and y/n went to university together, reaching both their dreams hand in hand. y/n became a doctor like she intended and Keiji got a job as an editor for a shonen manga office. He proposed at the same spot the group took her and then was left alone, in an led light tunnel for the winter festival. y/n eventually got over Oikawa and never gave him a second thought. She was happy with Keiji and made her feel special everyday. Even at their arguments, it was quick fixed and lasted only a day maximum.

Their wedding had a light tunnel over the ceremony and it was held at the moment the sun fully set. She was beautiful wearing all white and her eyes tearing up as she walked down the aisle to meet the boy she'd fallen in love with more and more.

They had a set of twins. One boy and one girl. Both had the dark blue eyes of Keiji and y/n's hair and face shape. Needless to say they were beautiful.

Even in their happiest times, sorrow made its way into their life. y/n got diagnosed Leukemia, catching it at its second stage. She didn't die from it, but was in tremendous pain from everything and Keiji, as much as he couldn't, wanted to take it away. The pain, the cancer, everything that was hurting his beautiful wife. She eventually got better but her life span was shorten.

Now he stood on her grave, placing flowers everyday and talking to her empty soul. He knew she was watching him everyday and her last request was to find someone new to love but at the very end, he stayed in love with y/n. He refused every woman that came to him as he wanted to meet y/n in heaven and let her in his arms once again. "I'll see you once again my love," he told the stone engraved with y/n's name everyday. One day he told it that he would see her tomorrow, knowing that he was due for a visit with death. They met again in heaven and their souls was put back into the Earth, once again to find each other.
