Narrator's POV

It could've been a silent, peaceful night at the hospital of Beacon Hills. But that's not likely. The screeching noises of a metal machine, sounding like it was moving around the hospital like an old cart full of medicine stuff, only that sound was not a cart, hell it wasn't even human.

Leanne is not herself anymore. She may know it but the dark side of her somehow got triggered and now all she can think about is destruction. She came out of the morgue with rage in her eyes. She sees Malia and her eyes glows brighter than ever.

Malia tries to approach her, getting closer to her as slowly and cautious as she can, so Leanne wouldn't feel threatened. Leanne kept staring at her soulless, while in her mind she is screaming for help.

"Leanne, I know you're still in there.", started Malia. "You can fight it. You're stronger than any of us here. Come on. Give me a sign, anything!"

As much as Leanne tried to become human again, she couldn't. They wouldn't let her. She started to scream desperately, until glowing purple energy flew out of her body and destroyed the lights in half the hospital. During this they lost control of her for a second, making her coming back. She glared at Malia and growled.

"Save Scott!", then came back to the dark self, throwing herself deep in her mind.

Now, instead of looking at Malia, all she could see around her was darkness. Like she was throw in the vast universe, but instead of floating she was standing like there was gravity outside the Earth. She looked around. She partly knew where she was. She was waiting for the bright blinding light to cover her and for her future self to appear and instruct her to the way back to the hospital. But nothing happened. She was about to try get out of her mind, when a loud sound echoed into the space. She gasped and searched for the source of the sound. A wave of wind came out of nowhere. It's force was so powerful, it made her fall to the ground. She groaned and sat up, still looking around trying to find the way from where the wind came from but she couldn't see it. In fact, she couldn't see anything. She got up ready to walk around and find her way out herself, when suddenly around her were lighted some candles surrounding her. She looked at them confused and tried to walk past them but some kind of force wouldn't let her get through them. She looked at them again closely this time, when she saw something. It looked like a star a kid drew, only that it was drew inside a circle. It didn't take long for her to realise what it actually was. She gasped trying to get out of the circle.

Suddenly voices could be heard from where she was. She thought somehow she was getting closer to the exit of her own mind. But it wasn't it. From the dark came into the light of the candles some unknown dark figures. They were repeating something over and over again. When Leanne saw them, she started to scream. She fell to the ground inside the circle, her knees being kept close to her chest and her hands were gripping onto the sides of her head, mostly covering her ears. The energy of her body was being drained out of her. She looked up into the dark ceiling and yelled as loud as she could.

"We never should have read that book!"

Leanne's POV

As much as I didn't want to get up I had to go to school. As I got up, a huge headache kicked in making me groan and lay down again. Once the headache hit me, I remembered the fight between me and Liam. I cried all night. I didn't want to see him today so I got up and went downstairs.
