Chapter 32

KIDS POV

" Jaggy you're so funny"

" Friends? I'm your boyfriend silly"

" Y'know what, you look so cool today Jaggy"

" I love you Jaggy"

I dreamt of Luffy and hearing him saying those things in my dream made me feel happy and I wish that it was true. Luffy was sleeping peacefully beside me and I almost forgot about the douchebag beside Luffy. He was huddling closer to my chest and he looked like an angel while he was sleeping. I smiled and kissed his forehead and I noticed that Law was watching me

Law was awake and he was smirking at me.

" What's so funny?" I asked as I caressed Luffys hair softly.

" Nothing. I was just amazed about what I just witnessed"

" Don't try to do anything stupid while Luffy is here"

I can't deny but Law is attractive and his alluring aura can make girls fall in love with him after they lay their eyes on him. Back at my higschool days, I was popular with girls and even up to this day. Luffy is the only person who I will love dearly and I don't care about what others say. Law might as well have the same goal as of mine and I don't have to waste any time and let him take Luffy away.

The room was silent and the atmosphere between me and Kid was a bit off when suddenly my phone started to ring. Law and I quickly stood and searched for it because Luffy might wake up. It was  placed under Laws study table and I quickly grabbed it and left the room so I won't disturb Luffy sleeping. I was able to put my pants on so quickly that I almost tripped.

" What it it?"

My cousin was the one who was calling me and I know that she needed something from me.

" Well its something important and you are not able to decline it."

" Why?"

There was a short pause and I could hear her friends giggling in the background and I know that she did something.

" Its part of our project so you need to cooperate with us including your friends."

" Whats with this bullshit stuff again. I'm busy and I can't accept your offer."

" Well if you won't accept it then I'll just ask Law senpai."

I widened my eyes as she mentioned Laws name. I'm pretty sure that she didn't encounter Law at the cafe and I haven't seen them hanging out with each other.

" Wait don't end the call young lady why do you-"

She ended the call and I know that she will have the guts to contact Law any second now. I returned to Laws room and he wasn't there anymore. Luffy was sleeping on thr bed and I know that Law must've received the call. I went downstairs and I was greeted by the house maid who politely bowed her head. I was about to go to the kitchen when Law suddenly appeared right behind me and it surprised me. He was already wearing his clothes which was a bit fast.

" How did you know about my cousin you weirdo"

" Who?"

"Don't lie to me you fucking weirdo"

I showed him a photo of my cousin and he smiled at me.

" I happen to help in the  volunteer work at the hospital and coincidentally, your cousin joined last month."

I was silent and I never knew about my cousin joining a volunteer work at a hospital. But I did notice that last month she seems to be quite busy and leaves the house all the time.

" Your cousin just called me a little while ago about a particular cosplay party. Probably best if you'd come because I said yes."

" Tsk I declined her offer so no thanks."

" Well Luffy will be in the party too dumbass"

Law knew that I can't refuse because Luffy is joining the party and I don't want to let Law keep Luffy to himself all the time. I was about to talk back at him but my phone rang again and it was my aunt.

" Kid you're cousin needs to be picked up from her art school today because I've got to attend something important."

I sighed and looked at Law who was grinned at me, knowing that I have to leave.

" I left the motorcycle at the garage so you two don't have to commute. I also prepared lunch and dinner for the both of you"

" Alright alright I'll take care of it."

I ended the call and went upstairs so I could get my shirt and leave. I don't like leaving Luffy alone to this jerk who is planning to do something to Luffy after I leave them.
