Double Trouble (ONGOING)

Chapter 13

KIDS POV

Throughout the series of boring discussions in our class it is already time for lunch and so I went to the cafeteria first. My buddies went outside of the campus to do some fun stuffs. I am quite fond of doing fun stuffs outside campus since highschool and now things are different because I am now a college guy. (A literal college guy). I walked fast towards the hallway where the cafeteria is and stopped on my tracks when I saw Law walking alone. He noticed me and I avoided eye contact with him so I looked away. Somehow as if it's destiny, Luffy was walking all alone and I am happy that he is walking alone.

"It seems like you are waiting for someone. Or maybe that someone would be Luffy specifically." Law said with an intimidating voice. 

I grinned and went towards Luffy who was smiling at me.

"I was just waiting for my buddy is something wrong with that?"

He glared at me and so I smirked at him as I placed my arm around Luffys shoulder.

"Are you in the same department as I am Kid?" Luffy asked.

"I am in the engineering department. Why would you ask me about that?"

"It's just that we are heading towards the building where my department is located and your department is on the second building."

I didn't see this coming and I wanted to spend more time with Luffy so I came up with a dumb excuse.

"W-wel I need to... Say hi, yes. I want to visit my friend in this department since you are in this department."

Law suddenly appeared and he was walking beside Luffy which psised me off.

"Oh Law is here too. What are you doing here?"

Law glared at me and in a speed of light, his expression changed when he talked to Luffy.

"I am vsisting a friend of mine who is in this department and I noticed that the two of you are heading towards that building."

I am now extra pissed but Luffy seemed to be happy about it and invited Law to come with us.

"I am happy that the both of you decided to come with me. I feel as if I am just a nuisance because I would feel an intense atmosphere."

"You're wrong Luffy." Simultaneously, Law and I said and I glared at him.

"You're not a nuisance Luffy. The only nuisance in here is the guy with the piercings" I said while Luffy stared at me

"He is trash Luffy, don't mind him and don't think that you are a nuisance. Besides, I am your friend."

Law is such a smart-ass when he speak to Luffy and it really seems like he knows how to impress him. I don't want Law to hang out with us so I am trying to get rid of him as soon as possible.

"I am also your friend Luffy so if anyone would dare to say to you that you are a nuisance, just tell me so I can give that bastard a lesson."

Luffy giggled and it was a sight to see as a friend of Luffy.

"I have to get inside now. It was nice to have you both to tag along with me."

"No problem Luffy." I said with a smile as he waved goodbye to the both of us.

As we were about to leave, a group of female students in Luffys department suddenly appeared and they were blushing and squealing as they saw us. This situation is similar back when I was in highschool but somehow this situation is twice than what had happened.

This left us no choice but the both of us ran to avoid the situation. We  went towards the study area where there were quite a number of male students. I don't want to hang out with this jerk so after I was able to rest for a minute, I immediately walked away. Law went to the opposite direction as I am and I was glad to say that there are no damn hords ofenale students trying to sabotage me, or so as I thought it would be.

LAWS POV

It was such surprise when a group of students specifically female students who were trying to approach us and they seem to be blushing and they were also squealing. I was glad that I ran away but Kid is also in the same situation as I am so I chuckled when I saw his expression back at the study area. He is always trying to srick with Luffy and I don't want to see him with Luffy because it is such a nuisance.

I went to my next class and as usual, Shachi and Penguin were leaving me a vacant seat and it was nice to have a seat that is reserved for me. The timing was great since our professor just entered our room and the class started. While the professor was discussing stuffs, I pondered about why I am trying to be close towards Luffy. As I can remember, I haven't done this in my entire life and I am not the type who impress a person with my way of speaking in a gentle-like-manner. I placed my palm on my face as I remember the past few days which seemingly cringed me due to the fact that I am kind of impressing Luffy and I am such a blabbermouth which is not my main personality.

I am quite sure that Luffy and I did meet before but it really seems like my memories are not supporting me since I can't quite remember. The only thing that I can remember is the small town that settled down near the sea. Thinking about it is giving me nostalgia and also the fact that I remember a certain person who is always appearing in my dream
