Previous Chapter: Rivals x For x Survival

Two hours have passed since the start of the Hunter Exam. All of us traveled about 30 kilometers from the start, I have a feeling the first phase will end up more than 100 kilometers run. But I'm not really though... All of us are just following Mr. Satotz with no goal specified. I notice some applicants have already dropped out. After few minutes Kurapika started to chat me.
"(Name)... I was wondering, why do you join the exam. I know you were lying and telling the truth same time, but... What's the real reason behind it?" He asked.
"Well... First, The exam looks interesting... Second, Looking for hot people to simp. And third, I thought the exam is just like the Final Selection back my home but it's different than I was expecting." I answered truthfully.
"S-simp?" He was caught off guard by my answer. "Yes, simp. I mean you look very fine and a husband material, blondie."
"My apologies. I'm not in a mood for looking some relationship right now. I have other plans to do, (Name)."
"Well, I didn't say that I want us to be in relationship. I'm saying that you look like a husband material for me. Although, I respect your decision though." He look at me for a moment then look away.
"Anyways, what does it looks like?" He changed another topic. I gave "huh?" sound and look at him confused.
"I mean what does it look like in the Final Selection?" He asked once again.
"Oh... You must survive 7 days in the forest with full of deadly creatures we called "Demons"." He hummed then ask two questions.
"How do you kill 'it' though... And what if you don't survive the test?" He asked.
"Well we use a weapon called "Nichirin Sword" and sometimes we use "Breathing Styles" to kill it. The sun can also kill the demons too. And if you didn't survive... Then it's simple. You'll die." I said, his eyes widened.
"I see... That must be tiring." He said, I giggled at his statement.
"Well... All of us we're used to it, and only few passed the Selection every year." I said. He nodded and smiled at me.
"Anyways, I'll look for Gon... I'll catch up with you later." I said. He hummed and said "See you later."
'I swear, I feel like the Y/n life on the Hunterpad stories is ruining my life right now- I DIDN'T PICK THE Y/N LIFE, IT CHOOSE ME-...' I thought, bonking my head with my hands. I slow down looking for Gon and Leorio. I thought they were ahead of them until...
I heard Leorio screaming to a white hair dude about cheating the exam, I sighed and said.
