Zephirah or let's just say Zephy,is a Little Witch from a village where everyone there are Witches. Witches there can cast magic with their bare hands,but Zephy is different,she was born without Magic so she can't cast Magic or Spells without her wand. Her best friend is her talking Male Pet Black Cat named Arthur.
Even tho Zephy wasn't born with Magic,she dreams to be the best Witch in her Village. Zephy also has a boy Human friend who lives in the village near the village she lives in.
