Olivia climbed her way into Jayson's truck. She never liked taking his truck anywhere. It reminded her of Nate Jacob's truck, but Jayson's was a dark blue color.
"You know I could have just met you at the diner. I have a car." She said once she got in. Jayson looked at her, removing his hands from the steering wheel.
"Yeah, I know that. You have a white jeep wrangler mommy and daddy bought you for your sixteenth birthday. Seatbelt, please." He said, thinking she was trying to brag. She let out a small groan and rolled her eyes, listening to him to put her seatbelt on.
"I wasn't saying it like that." She said. He put the truck in drive, but didn't move yet.
"I know." He said, looking at her. Olivia looked at him, too. He grabbed the side of her cheek and pulled her in, practically shoving his tongue in her mouth. They "made out" for a few seconds before Jayson ended it by giving her a quick peck on the lips.
After they ate, he asked if she wanted to go back to his place. She politely declined, knowing she wanted to go meet up with Fezco. She knew she couldn't tell Jayson that, though. If he or anyone else besides Rue found out Olivia was hanging out with a drug dealer, one of the most known drug dealers in town at that, her reputation would be ruined.
"Love you." Jayson said as she climbed out of his truck outside of her house. Olivia looked at him when she shut the door, giving him a smile.
"Love you, too." She said, shutting the door and turning to walk to her house.
She didn't.
She walked up to her house and acted like she was looking for her keys, when in actuality she was just waiting for Jayson to leave the development. Once she couldn't see him anymore, she got into her car and drove over to Fezco and Ashtray's store.
When she pulled up to the mini mart, she saw Fezco sitting outside smoking something like usual. What was unusual was he was talking to Rue Bennett, who Olivia and most of the students at East Highland thought was dead.
She parked her car and got out, locking it behind her and walking up behind Rue. Because Rue was standing in front of Fezco, he couldn't see Olivia standing there. Neither could Rue since she was facing the other way.
"Not gonna lie, Bennett. I thought your ass was dead." Olivia said, startling them both.
Like I said before, me and Olivia were somewhat friends, but not really like, friends friends. We were just kind of buddies if we were drunk or high, which doesn't really count to me since we're not in the right mindset. It's not like Liv is really friends friends with anyone. Which doesn't really make sense since she's so popular, but she's a skinny rich kid. It seems to always work out that way.
I was kind of expecting to see her. She was always at the store with Fezco. I have a theory they secretly loved each other ever since they were kids.
Rue gave her a smile, not expecting to see her so soon.
"Hey, Liv. Where you been?" Fezco said. He thought she would be coming over sooner.
"Sorry. Jayson took me out to breakfast." Olivia answered, walking to sit at the other plastic seat next to Fezco. He didn't say anything.
