"so this is your kid?" thea's mother raised her brows while staring at 5 year old child sitting across the table with her.

thea finally had the courage to do so, she felt bad.. but of course she was nervous. "y-yes mother.."

"how old is he?"

"he's five.."

"so five years ago you were hoeing around and got yourself pregnant-"

"mother! please know that my child can hear what you say.. and he's my ex-husband's child" thea said as she stood up from her mother's chosen words.

meanwhile, xian was a little scared seeing his grandmother for the first time and he didn't do anything but to just pout and look down.

cause he didn't even received a single smile from her since they got here.. the kid already felt unwelcome and he really wants to go home. but at the same time, he wants to meet his family.

lucas is at work so he didn't get to accompany them here, even though xian knows the situation between his mother and lucas.. he cannot help not to imagine that lucas is his real dad.

the kid was sad every time his mother ignore the question about his real dad and would just get comforted by lucas.

"i don't care, i don't accept... after you ran away for all those years. you decided to come back with a kid next to you and you claim him to be levi's child?" her mother's voice started to raise.

thea was trying her best not to have an outburst because she cares about her son. she didn't want him to feel bad for existing in her life.

but xian's eyes lighten up as soon as he heard a name, he suddenly felt joy after hearing his father's name for the first time in his life.

"levi.." he mumbled, making thea look at him. "that's my daddy's name?"

first day of work, and it's already bullshiting me, this man reminds me so much of eren and his useless driver.

"sir, you told me to be your secretary... not your driver" i complain but still sounding respectful.

"what do you mean? you're already here.. why should i call my driver?" he said, while his eyes remained close.

from his looks, it seems like he never have time to rest at home. he's always resting at the car or some time when it's his free time. does he have insomnia or something?

but anyways, i never had a call or anything from eren anymore. i guess he really did lived happily ever after with mikasa.

i mean, i shouldn't be thinking about this, cause i think i've already moved on even though it's been only a couple days..

"are we still far away?" my boss suddenly asked with a bit irritated voice.

i remember that he wants to go to a tea shop, which made me wonder why thea suddenly declined the offer of mr.ackerman's and decided that she wont sell the tea shop anymore.

"a little, b-but sir.. may i asked what really happened to the tea shop of my cousin?" i asked him, i never gotten any information, thea wouldn't say anything.

and i definitely forgot about it, because of all these drama's.

"i never get to meet her" he responded as cold as that, "but.." he paused.

i saw him move from the mirror, he fixed his position as he crossed his legs and crossed his arms too and looked at me from the mirror.

"tell me about your cousin." he added, is that even necessary? the deal is off.

but i don't wanna get scolded though, but where should i start?

"uhh... she was born in the philippines but was raised here so we spend our childhood and teenage year together. not until when she turned 20 and i was 15... she suddenly disappeared with no trace at all" i said, i mean he wouldn't even meet my cousin right?

"after three years she came back and apologize, and we moved on. she would sometimes go outside the country for some business that i don't know... but i still think that she has a boyfriend out there" i chuckled and i shook my head.

but i suddenly stopped chuckling as soon as i heard him cleared his throat, i forgot that this man doesn't have sense of humor..

"and yeah, now she's doing great being like my older sister and protects me.. but you know, i wish that she'll find someone and just get married cause i want a niece" i continue not giving a damn about what he'll say.

he asked for it, so i just deliver.

"may i asked, why did you asked for some descriptions about her?"

"nothing, it's just that-"

his words got cut off when i suddenly pulled the break hard cause a kid suddenly ran out of nowhere making my heart raise fast.

"what the fuck happened?" he asked in worried, i started to panic cause i didn't see the kid stand..

did i hit em? oh my god!

"t-there's a kid.." i said stutter before i decided to get down to check.

and to my surprise, i gasp as i covered my mouth as saw the kid on the ground with blood around his body. i quickly crouch down to help him. and i also heard levi coming out of the car.

"oh no! what to do.." i started to panic as i felt like crying because i feel so bad.

"quick! the hospital.." levi demand as he was about to carry the child when..

"XIAN!"

i looked behind us, and saw my older cousin running towards us. i frown as i look at the kid levi was carrying in his arms.

"oh no! xian.." she said panting as she finally reached us, but the reaction from her and levi made me confused.

they're both looking at each other wide open to it seems like they know each other already. but, all i know is this is their first time meeting.

but suddenly, thea burst out crying after seeing the child levi was carrying. she even caress his face.

then it hit me, this kid is familiar.. isn't he the kid i met on eren's birthday. i gasp, while staring at the kid.. and my gaze suddenly landed on my boss..

w-why do they look the same.

"h-hospital.. p-please.." i suddenly felt numb seeing my cousin at her weak point.

levi nodded as he quickly step inside the car and same goes for my cousin. i was alerted and did the same thing. i started the engine and with a shaking hands i drove and went to the other direction where the hospital was heading.

there were a lots of thoughts inside my head right now, but all i could hear is my cousin's sob and her calling the name xian over and over again.

i took a deep breath to calm myself down after thinking that i'm the reason why that kid was unconscious and bleeding.. but then,

levi said something that made my world stop..

"thea... is this my child?"
