As the battle between the Colonel's gang and the Cyclonian Syndicate intensified, the Colonel and his chief lieutenants began making their way through the compound.
The Colonel: Split up and cleanse the compound. I will deal with Cyclonis.
With that, the Colonel and his chief lieutenants split up and began spreading throughout the compound. Los Soles Gemelos began making their way to training room of the compound.
Los Soles Gemelos Brother: The room is clear, sister.
Los Soles Gemelos Sister: All is not what it seems, brother.
As the Los Soles Gemelos began searching the room, they were attacked by Ravess and Snipe. Los Soles Gemelos were able to dodge the attacks with ease.
Snipe: Look at those bastards run!
As Snipe activated his Berserker Quirk, Los Soles Gemelos got the drop on Snipe. However, Ravess was able to use her Susanoo Quirk to push them back.
Ravess: I sometimes wonder how you've made it this far with your stupidity!
Snipe fell into a frenzied rage as a result from his Quirk. He lunged at Los Soles Gemelos and attempts to crush them. However, Los Soles Gemelos proved too fast for them.
Snipe: STAND STILL YOU BASTARDS!
Ravess then played her violin to command her Susanoo to attack the twins. However, no attacks were landed.
Los Soles Gemelos Brother: They are struggling, sister.
Los Soles Gemelos Sister: They are bound by arrogance. It is so clearly obvious.
Ravess: Bold of you to speak of us that way! We will show you the price of your insolence!
Ravess and Snipe pressed the attack against the Los Soles Gemelos. During the attack, The Los Soles Gemelos sister lunged at Snipe and wraps her legs around his neck and begins to strangle him. Snipe grabs the sister and slams her to the ground.
Snipe: I'LL CRUSH YOU LIKE A FUCKING BUG!
As Snipe fought the sister, Ravess attempts to attack the brother. She lands a good hit on him, but the brother quickly recovers.
Los Soles Gemelos Brother: Your arrogance will be your downfall.
Ravess: The only downfall I see is yours!
Ravess then intensifies her violin playing, empowering the Susanoo. The Susanoo began unleashing a flurry of powerful strikes, but the brother managed to keep up. Ravess and Snipe soon found their match in the form of the Los Soles Gemelos. Meanwhile, La Mujer Pálida entered an office room where Count Ulric was waiting.
Count Ulric: La Mujer Pálida. The Pale Woman. I've heard about you.
La Mujer Pálida remained silent as she removed her face covering. Count Ulric stood up and activated his Shadow Quirk by forming a sword.
Count Ulric: For what it's worth, it brings me no joy ending your life. But you have made yourself an enemy of the Cyclonian Syndicate. As such, I am obligated to strike you down.
With that, Count Ulric and La Mujer Pálida paced around one another, waiting for one to make the first move. Count Ulric made the first move as he attacks La Mujer Pálida with a fencing fighting style. La Mujer Pálida was able to dodge the attacks and grabs Ulric's arm. As she does, Count Ulric could feel his life draining. He quickly pushes her away.
Count Ulric: I see now. Your Quirk allows you to drain the life force of your victims. I see why you have gain such a reputation.
In that moment, Count Ulric began to reconsider his tactics. He knew that a close quarters fight against La Mujer Pálida would be very dangerous for him. His advanced age would make him particularly vulnerable to La Mujer Pálida's Quirk. Using his Shadow Quirk, he forms a long spear on one hand and a shield in the other.
Count Ulric: You move, Pale Woman.
La Mujer Pálida made the first move as she lunged at Count Ulric, but he was able to push her back with his shadow shield. He follows through with a thrust of his spear, but La Mujer Pálida dodges it. As the fight dragged on, Count Ulric could feel his age catching up to him. Despite this, Count Ulric pressed on.
Count Ulric: (Master Cyclonis, I shall not fail you.)
Count Ulric used his devotion to Master Cyclonis to keep going. He adopted a defensive position and allowed La Mujer Pálida to attack him, only attacking when an opening was seen. During the course of this fight, La Mujer Pálida began to show signs of fatigue.
Count Ulric: (Now is my opportunity!)
With this opportunity, Count Ulric pressed the attack on La Mujer Pálida, putting her on the defensive. He manages to land several strikes on her. Eventually, both Count Ulric and La Mujer Pálida began to feel the effects of the drawn out fight.
Count Ulric: I see you have reached your limit, Pale Woman. You're...you're not used to drawn out fights, are you?
La Mujer Pálida remained silent as she glared at the Count. Count Ulric took a moment to catch his breath. He knew that the longer this fight would go on, the more his age would hinder him. Despite this, his loyalty to Master Cyclonis and the Cyclonian Syndicate refused to have him leave. Count Ulric stood up and made his intentions clear.
Count Ulric: No quarter shall be asked nor shall it be given, La Mujer Pálida.
In that moment, the very best of the Cyclonian Syndicate faced off against the very best of the Colonel's gang. But the chaos of the battle had only just begun.
