Chapter 1
(Glitch)
AH~ KIMI NA SHO-"I'M UP!!" I said getting out of bed like I was on fire. Another day another string. It's not something I look forward to If you couldn't tell. I'm your average high schooler, grade 11, and I have a pretty normal life. I know, it's your classic "main characters opening." I shrugged and got ready to go to school.
School is a jungle. Think of it this way: a bunch of wild animals stuck in a cage; now add a whole lot of strings.
My morning usually starts the same. My morning starts off with T-"GLITCH I'VE GOT TEA!!!!!!" Someone screamed, running towards me. Oh yeah, that's right, my morning usually starts off with Taya telling me if she's taken, single, or crushing. FYI none of her relationships ever last. Her best, two months.
"I'M TAKEN!!!!" She shouted jumping around like a kangaroo "Oh really, who's the lucky guy?" I asked "Well~" BEEP!! Oh did I forget to mention that our school bells sounds like an elevator? Yeah, we are one of those "advanced" schools with elevator bells and human sized lockers. Welcome to Venison high school.
"AH!! Sorry Taya I got to class I don't want to be late" I said, running down the hallway.
When I made it to my first class I tossed my bag in the corner and suck into my chair. "Your lucky, one more minute and you would have been late idiot" I heard someone beside me say. Ok, so this is my friend Akira or Aki for short. She sounds like a jerk, but she's actually really nice and has a HUGE and I mean HUGE crush on this kid named Denki Kaminari at our school.
I looked around the classroom. Uh, red. That's all I ever see. Red strings everywhere, anywhere, 24/7. Even Aki has one "hey! Pay attention, if you don't get good grades you know who you are going to end up talking to" Akira reminded me. Ah yes, "the queen of beast" or in English, my mother.
Anyways, all my classes were like this: go in, talk to people, attempt to get my homework done without asking Aki for the answers, and leave. Pretty self explanatory. On the positive side I get to see a lot of my friends during the day; like I see Akira in zero hour, Akira, Mari, Sophia, and Ollie in first hour, Elle.R, Missy, Buzz, Autumn, and Cinnamon in second hour, Jill and Bri in third hour, Nova, Andy, and Sunny in forth hour, Kim, Joie, Theo, and Alex in fifth hour, and literally everyone including Cobalt, Bee, Mino, Leeway, Sally, Alice, Eve, and Joya in sixth hour. I know, lots of people.
Everyday is there same, but It's not like I'm complaining. I mean, it's great and all, but they all have full strings and I personally cannot wait for them to figure out their soulmates, but I'm always telling them "I'm fine" and "I don't need no dang soulmate, woman power!!!" When really deep down inside of me I'm really lonely. I guess I just wished there were someone out there who knows how it feels to be like this.
[time skip...school ended]
I grabbed my bag and waved all my friends goodbye.
When I got home I plopped onto my pillow, avoiding my homework at all cost, and fell asleep. Little did I know, tomorrow something huge would happen that would change my life, or should I say, he was about to change my life.
