"E-Emperor Dais-"

"Just Daishin now for you."

"R-Right... Daishin.... May I ask you a few questions?"

"Not nee-... Fine what are they?"

"W-Well... What is the Red Beast?..."

The two had finally begun speaking to each other after an hour of silence, but Daishin couldn't believe Nika would be breaking the rather sweet silence to ask about that wretched Beast that had been in his family for generations. He was sick and tired of even hearing anyone making threats to have the Beast come and kill another as he sighed deeply,"The Red Beast is a demonic creature that has... Has well..." He then paused and couldn't find any words to describe the relationship between the Grotesque One and his family over the generations as he did what he could to put a nice term on it for the girl," ... Helped us... Only each Emperor is allowed to handle it because of the sacred carvings we have in our dominant hands." Nika nodded to Daishin seeking more information out of him, she had become less afraid of Daishin and yearned to know about him if she was to marry him. He shrugged slightly and went on," The Red Beast isn't a very nice creature and should be left to a man to work on alright?" The young girl nodded quickly and held Daishin's hand closer to her. Daishin's more serious emotions left him slightly as he cracked a smile at her and pulled her to him to let her lean on him, a gesture he had not done for any other person. At this point, he could care less of what destiny she was supposed to have, he could care less if she really was one of the "demon twins" of prophecy that would end his reign. He could care less about everything because he was confident that his precious Nika would never hurt him, he was happy with her and she seemed happier now as time had gone by. That is, until she would find out about any to all of his secrets... Secrets that even love cannot barricade, lock away, and even repair if founded out.

Mika tore whatever fancy hairpieces were in her hair as she stormed off through the palace in anger that the Emperor would take her twin sister away from her. The now raging twin was full of anger that made her reddened face seem like it was vying with the Red Beast's demonic soul as she went into a black out of rage as she crept into a secret room of the Emperor's and began damaging sacred books and vases but stopped when she saw a rare looking scroll and took It quickly, hiding it inside her mother's kimono and grabbing a sword that had been conveniently there to only unleash a dangerous demonic roar from the earth below that shook the whole district. Mika ran away quickly to see her twin running to her direction. Mika hugged her twin, grateful to see her even though her twin was confused about the roar and earthquake. Then hearing guards coming, Mika's only reaction was the give Nika the sword and scroll, then running away as Daishin and his guards came to Nika. Daishin's once concerned face, turned into an angered rage like a lion ready to fight as he yelled aloud,"How could you?! I told you to never go into that room!! And you betra- Guards! Seize that girl at once! Tomorrow shall be an execution day for the whole Yaishouan country! Tomorrow the Red Beast will feast!" Nika's eyes widened in horror as she began to shake, unaware of what to do and felt frozen in Fate's deathly grip. Mika watched in horror and hit her head against the wall in her hiding place, feeling a pure sense of guilt that she caused this for her sister and ran off to find Oishin in Tamarin. Two districts that were far, too little time, but she had to do what she could to right the wrong she had made from her anger. When Mika left however, Daishin gripped onto Nika's arm and whispered into her ear,"I trusted you... But now... You'll see how the Red Beast is tomorrow for yourself..." The guards swept Nika off her feet and away to the icy dungeons below, not realizing she had the sword and scroll hidden away.

Mika puffed her cheeks out with annoyance at her destination while she tapped her foot and looked at the red headed man with short red hair and one blue-green colored eye that wasn't covered by an eye-patch like his right eye and wearing pirate styled attire, a paler man with a small goatee of brown on his chin matched by his hazelnut colored hair that formed a shy eye over his right eye dressed in dark clothing, and the eldest man with light brown hair in a small ponytail matching his beard and sideburns that seemed to he fit for a man who looked like a blacksmith. The three told the young girl that Oishin had died a year ago but could help her, yet she was unsatisfied. "A pirate, vampire, and old guard... This sounds like a start to a bad joke already." Mika began with her satire styled tone of voice as the pirate groaned a bit,"Look kid... Now isn't the time to act up. You say your sister is in trouble with the Emperor, we've been waiting on the right time to start our revolution and now is the perfect chance. But if you don't want the help you can go find another band of Tamarins to help but I doubt it'll happen. " Mika bit her tongue and sighed as she nodded,"Okay fine I'll be nice! Just help..." After the agreement, another roar penetrated the silent night as the four looked toward Chaishou. The pirate guided Mika into his small shop and scooted her toward two ninja styled gear and weapons,"There ya go.... Tonight, we start not only a rescue mission, but we start a Revolution against the Emperor and march through into the Dawn."
