He disgusted me. I almost threw up in my mouth. All of this happened because I fell in love with HIM. I fell in love with the Capo De Capi Of All Mafias.
You might be wondering how I got tangled up in this mess, I'm probably getting ahead of myself, let's go back to the beginning. Where it all began.
7 months earlier - Manhattan, New York
My name is Rae Blake, I'm from Los Angeles CA, I moved to NYC with my four best friends for life Tasha, Crystal, Kaylee, and Vera. We all moved from California right after we graduated college to start our dream careers without the help of our parents.
We all were born and raised in California but we all preferred to be financially independent and lead our own lives. So, here we are know living in a 5 bedroom apartment in one the nicest apartment buildings in NYC thats 10 minutes from Times Square and overlooks Central Park. My dad who is also close friends with their parents, paid for our apartment.
Kaylee "Finally we've settled in our new place in the City that never sleeps. I'd say we start off by exploring the city know so we'd know the ropes"
*Tasha, Crystal, Vera and I agreed*
We all changed into comfortable clothes and decided to explore NYC. We stopped at an Italian pizza shop and it was delicious. We bought tons of souvenirs from a bunch of I <3 NY shops, M&M store/Factory, Hershey's chocolate shop etc.
New York was incredible so far but Times Square was the best. It's true the city was always crowded.
We were determined to see more but then night fell. We headed home just in time because we didn't know how crazy the city got a night. We all binged, popped popcorn and watched movies on Netflix.
Tasha: "I propose we all go clubbing tomorrow night. NYC has some of the hottest nightclubs in the city. We have to go"
Crystal "I'm down. Letting our hair down and dancing the night away"
Kaylee "I can finally get my groove on"
Vera *sighs, hand to her head* Just don't get too drunk like you did three times in the past Kaylee"
*Kaylee rolled her eyes* a girls gotta have fun Vera love. What do you say Rae?
I-I'm not sure...
"You have to come! Let loose. Plus it's your chance to find a special guy" said Kaylee
"Please sis! Please please" pleaded Tasha
*all the girls pleaded*
Oh alright Crazies *giggles*
*they cheered*
"Then it's settled! Tomorrow night we will hit the hottest club in New York and rock the place!" Said Crystal
3 hrs later....
We all turned in and went to bed. I went out on the balcony of our apartment and stared out at the beautiful city at night.
Here I was, thinking to myself.
"Perhaps it's time to find someone and forget about that a**hole college. Maybe this is my chance to find someone better. Someone worthwhile. Tasha was right, not all men are the same. I just hope I find that special Prince Charming"
