Amity POV

Careful as I write her name, On the corner of the page makeing it look like it was her all along. And I put the paper in my bag, As I am walking back to class. And the notes I wrote, that took me so long. I walk up to her and she doesn't notice me I tap on her shoulder and she looks at me. She just smiles and says. "Thank you for the trigonometry!" 'Cause that's all it meant to her.. As i stared at her all I could think was I spent 22 days and 21 nights Crossing every Y just making it right. Only to discover it's not worth. Doing Y/n's homework.. Doesn't matter how many papers I write
End of the equation won't be you and I, And now I'm just another who got hurt. Doing Y/n's homework. I looked away from her and start to walk away.. I made sure I was careful as I walk away So she can't see it on my face. How I look and now I'm feeling so bad.. I sat down next to a wall disappointed in myself Cuz I know love's not for sale. Oh Titan, my dad raised me better than that but she still doesn't notice me not even the next day when I give her homework to her. All she does is smiles and says. "Thank you for the math Amity!" And then I quickly walk away still disappointed in what she says. Sitting next to the same wall as before still heartbroken in my chest, can't believe I'm just still a friend after all this time,, all I ever do is do her homework.
