The choice/An explanation

NIghteye: "so please Izuku..i beg of you...be the inheritor of One For All?" 
Bubble Girl could only just wait for the results she has never seen him act so desperate before...is this ninth inheritor really that bad?...it's going to be answered when Izuku stands up
Izuku: "so your telling me...that i need to finish a fucking dude that could steal other quirks...the same guy that bastard All Might failed to do...and now i have to be the one to do it?!...are you fucking kidding me?!!!" 
NIghteye: "Izuku please" 
Izuku: "NO...I will not be used as another ones scapegoat!....if this problem needs to be solved this way you can fucking keep me out of it!" 
NIghteye: "it's not just because of my choice...i heard the quirk calling out...it chooses you to be it's next inheritor it wants you to use this power to take down a greater evil...please" 
Izuku: "the quirk...hehehehehe you got to be fucking kidding...a quirk can't fucking talk..it's nothing more than just a power it's not some king arthur bullshit where a magical sword embedded in a stone wants the so called 'chosen one' to pull it out...no this is some pirated bullshit that wants me to eat HAIR!!" 
Nighteye: "..." 
Bubble Girl: "..." 
Izuku: "you know what i mean" 
Nighteye: "*sigh* isn't it your dream of retaining a quirk? i saw those journals you used to have...wondering what type of quirk you'll get...like something simular to your parents right?...wasn't electrokinesis" 
Izuku: "no...pyrokinesis...i was hoping for something that would be simular to my fathers" 
Bubble Girl: "but you had that dream though correct?" 
Izuku: "yes i used to...until Nightcity changed it for me" 
NIghteye: "you said NIghtcity...tell me more" 
Izuku: "what i call hell on earth...even that's an understatement from what i went through there...ran away from one hell to end up in another" 
Bubble Girl: "out of the frying pan...and into the fire...Cod" 
Nighteye facepalms
Izuku: "anyways...i ended up meeting two people who i am grateful of ever running into my whole life...V and Jackie" 
NIghteye: "V?" 
Izuku: "a nickname for her...she was the more  stern reasonable type while Jackie...hehe...he was a crazy son of a bitch...they would even make the number two hero wet his pants if he saw how they fight...a force to be reckon with....i was took in and trained under Wakako Okada...who is also my fixer" and NIghteye chokes on his drink
Bubble Girl: "who is that?" 
Nighteye: "lady of knowledge...knows a lot about someone even if you think you are safe...she knows"
Izuku: "yep...and heres the kicker here...she trained and educate me everything i know...and sooner or later i learned how to fight, make or help out the place...all to become the greatest mercenary Nightcity has ever seen...but again it changes you...no matter what" 
Nighteye: "and this is related to the quirk because" 
Izuku: "I had to give up a lot of things to survive...that was one of them...my father lived there..and...he left something for me to work on...something to never be ashamed off...it always felt like he was there with me all the time even when he wasn't there" 
Nighteye: "ah Hisashi Midoriya...Firedrake...he was a great hero..." 
Izuku: "mm...but over nine years i have doing this type of work ever since...my first kill was a scav  that i killed when i was seven...and it just blossom from there" 
Nighteye: "why are you telling us this?" 
Izuku: "Because i want you to know what type of person i am NIghteye...is this so called quirk wants me to be the next user...then it surely must know my past right?" 
Nighteye: "it doesn't work that way" 
Izuku: "yeah and why i take the quirk and this suppose thing can tell my past...then it won't like me...what then huh?" 
Nighteye: "please Izuku...it does not matter what your past is...it all depends on the type of heart you have...you still have that heroic heart in you...a lot of us do...but you need to move on from the pains of the past" 
Izuku: "you say it like it's something i could move on easily" 
Nighteye: "you cannot keep on continuing to have this hate build up...it's not healthy" 
Izuku: "didn't know you were a certified therapist...what you going to tell me to forgive the same people who abused and abandoned me?!...big chance...i would like to thank you for helping me get into the Sports festival so i can kick their fucking asses..but the quirk...no...just no...i made a promise to my real family that i will be this worlds first hero at Nightcity...and not just any hero...a fucking quirkless hero...my tech here is my own power...i don't need something you need to be born with define who or what i can or can't do...thanks for the drink" and he walks out
Nighteye: "*sigh* and i thought we had it" 
Bubble Girl: "even then...i'm sure the girl wouldn't even wanted to give it to someone else." 
Nighteye: "that's the other problem here...maybe Mirio."
