Tommy was being himself with his friends when he felt dizzy.

He said he had to go get something to drink and left the group.

He went and got water and waited for the dizziness to subdue.

As he waited he drank more water.

After a few minutes he got back up and headed back to his friends.

"Welcome back Tommy!" Niki said happily.

"Yeah. Sorry about that..." Tommy said.

Most of them didn't know about his low blood pressure. Niki, Dream, Tubbo, Wilbur, Techno, Sam Nook, Awesomedude, Puffy, and Phillza were the only ones to know. On the entire SMP, only nine people knew about his low blood pressure.

He would often get remarks from Niki about eating and most people just thought it was an inside joke or part of a code.

Quackity had tried guessing the code meaning and Tommy and Niki just laughed as Wilbur said it was something like a reference instead.

"...Tommy...?" Niki asked waving her hand in front of Tommy.

Tommy started shuffling backwards confusing most of the group before passing out.

Luckily Niki caught on to what was happening and grabbed Tommy before he hit the ground.

Everyone was freaking out and it was understandable for them to be.

Niki more then the others, but she hid it behind a face of shock and concern for the young blonde.

Niki asked someone to help her carry Tommy & Tubbo's to his house.

Quackity helped as everyone just started calming down and followed them to the house.

They stayed outside for a while before having to go do their jobs in the country they were apart of.

Niki, Ranboo, and Quackity being the only ones who stayed.

Niki made sure he was in bed and breathing before she allowed the fear to be evident.

"What happened...?" Ranboo asked.

Niki slowly looked up at the taller who had brought some water like she asked.

"...Tommy..." She said sighing. "Tommy has what's called hypotension... It means be has low blood pressure..."

She looked down at the blonde on her lap.

"...Tommy... Tommy has what...?" Quackity asked.

He thought he was close with Tommy.

"...Quackity... If your suprised because he didn't tell you, I only know because he passed out while I was hanging out with Wilbur... Tubbo actually was the one to come get us..." Niki said softly, "I'm pretty sure that only his family, me, and you two are the only ones who know... He didn't want to be treated differently so he hides it... Saying he needed to get some water or food and leaving whatever group he's with to go get water and enough time for his blood pressure to rise..."

The two stood there awkwardly. If they had known they would constantly check up on him and make sure he ate.

...It's not like he died though...
