Justice: Reborn

The Astraea Familia was wiped out completely, but what if that wasn't the case? What if some members didn't die, instead after the familia disbanded they went with Ryuu and began working at the Hostess of Fertility. Well here it is. Bell Cranel, the spark that reignited the flames of justice.(also decided to make Bell a werewolf so that him and Bete could have some sort of competition)

Flashback - After Astraea Left
Back when Orario had reached its peak of growth Evilus had planned a grand scheme that would cause its downfall. In the end some of the familias were destroyed while others were left standing on its last legs. The goddess Astraea decided it would be best to disband what was left of her familia, after that she left.

"Ryuu are you spacing out again!" A red haired girl asked while skipping happily. She was wearing a green waitress uniform, oddly enough she had a sword strapped to her waist.

"Alise, do you ever think Astraea would come back?" Ryuu asked as she looked outside. She had pleaded for Astraea not to leave but she denied saying it was her fault she couldn't protect the city.

"Of course she will!" Alise said happily, "we just have to wait for her, she needs time to mourn"

"That's right Ryuu, Everything just happened so fast" a black haired girl said, "but I'm sure she'll come back, we just have to give her space"

"Thank you Alise and Gojouno. Let's get to work, Mama Mia and the others are about to wake up. Let's get everything ready" Ryuu said as she stood up from the chair.

Astraea POV
I didn't want to do it but it had to be done, I lack the strength to be a proper leader. I hope Ryuu and the others will forgive me.

Astraea continued her walk, she didn't know where she was going, all she knew was that she needed to find hope. She was about to go to a nearby town until she saw a young werewolf crying. She approached him and kneeled down

"Hello, what's your name?" Astraea asked as she got closer, "I'm Astraea"

"B..Bell C..Cranel" the werewolf said in between tears

"Why are you crying?" Astraea asked

"My familia got disbanded and it's my fault" Bell whimpered as he thought about it, "they said I was cheating"

"What did they say?" Astraea asked with a hint of interest

"W..When I gave them my status they said I must have cheated to level up" Bell said

"What level are you?" Astraea asked

"A l..level 4" Bell stuttered out, "I became level 4 in 3 years, I started when I was 12"

"So you're 15 Bell?" Astraea asked while Bell nodded, "do you have anywhere to go?"

"No" Bell said, "they just threw me onto the street after they said I was cheating"

"How cruel" Astraea thought, "Bell why don't you join me?" Astraea asked as she stood up and reached out a hand towards Bell

"Really?" Bell asked with a shine of hope in his eyes. Astraea nodded and Bell accepted her hand and stood up before doing a bow, "thank you so much!" His tail started to wag in happiness while Bell tried his best not to be embarrassed, Astraea giggle at his antics.

Three Year Time Skip
Bell was now 18 years old and an experienced level 6, after Astraea took him in Bell felt like he needed to repay her. Bell would train everyday in order to be strong enough to make his Goddess's dreams a reality. During the 3 years they have been roaming around while taking down small gang groups they come across. This was when Astraea decided it was best to return to Orario, hopefully the remaining members of her familia would forgive her.
