Bell!?

Bell Cranel, probably the most innocent people in Orario, what would happen if he heard some people talking about him and decided to change for the better? Will the people like this new Bell? Will he steal a couple more hearts? Who knows.

Third Person POV
Bell was sitting by himself at the Hostess of Fertility, he was waiting for the rest of his familia to arrive. As he was waiting he couldn't help but overhear what the table behind him was talking about.

"Hey have you heard of the little rookie?" One person said, "isn't he cool?"

"He's cool and all but I think he lacks confidence" another person replied

"You're right, maybe if he was a lot more like Bete he would be cooler" the other person said, "but not too much like Bete, he is like a bomb ready to explode"

"Hahah your right" another down said, "at least the little rookie is quiet, we wouldn't want another Bete In Orario, he would just steal the spot light"

Bell clenched his first as they continued to talk about him, why was he frustrated? Did he have a right to be mad? I mean all the stuff they were saying is true, Bell did lack some confidence and was always hesitating. What if it happened during an expedition? He would just put his friends in danger. Just like last time he ran out of the pub, he wasn't going to go to the dungeon like last time. Instead he went the opposite way, he ran to the gate as he continued to run back to the village he grew up on. He went there hoping to find the books his grandpa had left behind. These books could possibly help him gain some confidence in himself.

Time Skip
After Bell left, his familia had arrived and saw Bell wasn't there. They looked around for any signs of Bell but there was nothing.

"Where is Bell" Haruhime asked, "I thought he was here"

"He was supposed be here" Welf said, "did he forget something?"

"Lili thinks we should ask Mama Mia for help" Lili suggested, "she always watches the door"

"You're right" Mikoto said, "if Bell left then she should have seen him"

The familia walked up to Mama Mia to ask her but to their surprise she had no idea where he went, she said she saw him sitting down and when she looked away he was gone.

"Where could Bell have gone" Hestia said in desperation, "do you think he went to the dungeon again?"

"Again?" They all asked, "what do you mean?"

"O..Oh n..nothing" Hestia said

"Lady Hestia that didn't sound like nothing" Welf said, "what did you mean Bell could have went to the dungeon?"

"Fine" Hestia sighed in defeat, "before when it was just me and Bell he didn't come home for the night, he showed up in the morning very injured" they all had a shocked look on their face

"Do you think he went there again?" Haruhime asked worryingly

"I..I don't know" Hestia replied

Welf was the first one to come to his senses and ran his way to the dungeon, Bell helped him before so it was only right to help Bell.

"Welf were are you going" Lili asked as she tried to keep up

"Bell always helps us" Welf said, "it's our turn to help him, I can't just stand there knowing Bell might be dying out there" he said as he continued to make his way to the dungeon

They all went to the dungeon while Hestia waited outside(wouldn't want some super strong monster to appear again) after some time they made it back up with no luck, they continued to search the dungeon everyday, hoping to find Bell. Little did they know Bell was safe and sound, feeling better than ever

Time Skip - Three Months
It has been three months since Bell had disappeared, by this time all of Orario had heard of his disappearance. His familia and friends would always check the dungeon daily to find any traces but they had no luck. On the front gate of Orario stood a black haired and red eyes teen, he was smirking happily, he had been training for the past three months trying to gain confidence in himself, now he was ready to protect his friends.

"I'm back!" He yelled out as he entered the gate, "Bell Cranel is back and better than ever"
