Chapter 6

Bright's POV

After win walk outside, i let out a sigh of relief.
I just hope he forgot what i said earlier about Man looking for him, which is a lie obviously. Okay bright that's a good one for a smart ceo.
I quickly shake my head and focus on my work. I'm still reading a proposal when i heard a knock on my door.
"come in" i said still reading and look up when i heard it close.

I motioned man to sit but he just chuckle and stand near.
"no need sir bright, i just want to inform you that you have meeting later 1 pm and you have dinner with your-"
Man didn't finish talking when my phone rang.

I motion man that i'll answer it first, he nod and wait there.
"hello" i said and wait for the other line to speak.
"hello?" i ask again not liking what's happening.
I heard a chuckle and clearing of throat on the other line.
"miss me bright?" she asked that makes me tensed up, i don't know who am i talking to but i can feel my hair stand and chills.

I quickly end the call and look at Man, who's looking at me worriedly.
"a-are you okay sir?" he asked
"y-yeah, did father call you?" i ask trying to forget the voice, it really sounds familiar.
"Master Vachirawit didn't contact me sir, but your uncle call me sir" he said that makes me look at him.
"Master's youngest brother inform me about the arrival of young mada-"
Man's word got cut off when someone knock on the door.
"inform me again later man" i said and nod.

Third Person's POV

The brunette CEO stop what is he doing and compose himself.
You can feel the power that he holds, the confidence and the eyes that can make his workers muted, but the one who just walk in has more intimidating aura that can make the people who work there run and do the task fast.

"Father" said the CEO and let his guard down, the man look at him with no emotions.
"quit it father, what is it?" he added.
The older man glare at him which make the young CEO get scared a bit for a second but compose himself by clearing his throat.

"You're no fun son" said the older man, he quickly break his facade and pout.

The young CEO slightly pinch the bridge of his nose and look at his father who's sulking there but get back on being scary when someone knock on the door.
"come in" said the CEO faintly.
"a-ahm sorry for interrupting sir but the meeting is about to start"  said the secretary who don't know where to look.

"i'll be there in a minute, and yeah where's wi- Mr. Metawin?" the CEO ask, panic is evident in his voice but clear his throat.
The older furrow his eyebrow in confusion but get back at being no emotion when the secretary look at him for a second.

"Mr. Metawin is on printing room sir, he told me he can't attend the meeting and just finish the printing" Man answered.

All of the board members, Chairman, COO and the CEO is already sitting on their chairs. They can feel the power of the trio inside the room which suffocates some of members but can't do anything.

The board members can't look or avoiding their Chairman and COO looks who rarely visits and only attend when something major problem happening on their company. The trio can't help but chuckle silently inside their heads looking at the board members "constipated" faces.

The CEO clear his throat to get their attention and start the meeting.
"Before anything else i want to welcome our COO who just got back from helping our company in other country" he said and bow at his uncle who bow at him too after.

The COO sit on his chair glance at his   brother and smirk as he already knew him getting sulky on his son for not giving him a "care" as what is his older brother say.
"and welcome to our chairman, who decided to visit the compant for today's meeting" said the CEO.

The chairman almost clap his hands but stop because of 2 things first is there's a lot of people in there and second is he remember that he go here just because he can't go anywhere private, his wife is mad for he accidently destroy the experiment cake she made for hours.

The Chairman compose himself and look at them emotionless remembering all of the things happen this morning. His son look at him and bow down a little bit.

The meeting started, each board members in every department give their reports about the sales, the marketing and the finance. In the middle of the meeting, the CEO remember his business phone that he forgot in his office.

"Man can you ask win if his done with the printing?" he said whispering in his secretary.
"okay sir" man answered, he quickly dialed win's number and wait for him to answer.

After three rings, win's pick up the phone.
"Hey win, Mr. Vachirawit asking if you're done with the printing?" man whisper ask but win didn't answer, he heard a grunt on the other line
"win? Are you okay?" he added
"yeah i'm done with it and i-im okay" win answered.
"oh okay wait" man said, covering his phone.

"Sir, win said he's done with the printing" he said informing the CEO.
"tell him to bring me my business phone, it's on my table, that thing should be with me always, i forgot about it" the CEO said.
"okay sir" man said and get back on his phone.

"win? Mr.Vachirawit asked you to get the phone in his office table, you can come in silently without knocking to avoid enterupting the meeting" man said sound sorry for making him do it.
"o-okay i'll be there in a minute" win said breathing heavily.
"win? Are you okay? I can just get it there? You sound sick" man said sounding worried.
"i-it's okay, i'm almost there" win said.
"oh okay take care win" said man and end the call.

After a minute someone walked in, which gets the attention of the people inside the meeting room, meeting stop for a second.
The said person look so pale and sick, he bow down to them and walk near the CEO, giving him his phone, bow down again and walk out.

A hand stop the man from walking away.
"hey, are you okay?" asked the CEO looking at win.
"ye-yes sir, i need to go back sir" said win, who's trying hard to stand straight. Win can't wait to walk away because of their stares, some are glaring and he really feel dizzy.
Win quickly bow down and slowly walk out.
The meeting started again but stop hearing a thud.

"WIIIIIIN!"
