Chapter 4

⚠ mention of sexual harassment⚠  

Win's POV

After that encounter, I'm torn between quitting the job or to stay on this job but then i remember that i need to make money to help my P' and not to be a burden eventhough he said that i dont need to work, I might just hide somewhere when she visit here. I can still feel my shaking hands and slow breathing of what happened earlier. I try to stop myself from crying but the whimpers keep on coming out on my mouth.

Flashback

It's already 8 pm in the evening when Mr.Bright dismissed the meeting that happened. Man and I  is now tidying our own tables when someone barge in that makes me flinch.

"Hi Baby" said the girl and clings unto Mr. Bright who looks like uncomfortable. She has a pale skin and when i said she really looks pretty, she look cute and pretty angel.

"what are you doing here? not now kate" our CEO asked the girl with annoyed laced in his voice.
Ms. Kate smile's disappear but she compose herself and smile again.

"what do you mean? why bright? Can't i visit here now huh?" said the pretty woman getting annoyed but his voice sounded normal, but the venom in his words can be easily noticed by bright.

Mr. Bright look at me for a brief moment and look at the woman who seems really annoyed now.

"YOU!" the pretty woman yelled and point her finger on me, she looked mad, no scratch that, she look furious.
"TELL ME WHO ARE YOU!I KNOW MAN IS HIS SECRETARY SO WHO ARE YOU?! TELL ME NOW! YOU LOOK PRETTY FOR A MAN! OH YEAH! MAYBE YOU'RE ONE OF HIS WHORE?! HOW MUCH HUH?!"

She's still screaming at me but this time she used her hands to grab on my hair and slap me.

"KATE! STOP THIS NOW!"

I dont feel hurt with what she did but the things she said cuts deeper than the cuts i'm creating on my wrist. What did i do again to hear this but then again i remember that i deserve this. I feel a tear slipped on my face while looking out of nowhere. I remember the sexual harrasment that happen to me while i'm still at junior level, every touch and words keep on coming back to me. I didn't wish to get treated like this, but no one's wants to get sexual harrased, why would she think that i'm like that kind of person. 

"NO!NOOOOO! PLEASE STOP! IM NOT LIKE THAT KIND OF PERSON! I'M NO-  JUST STOP!"

Thats all i can say inside my mind but all i can do is scream and hold at my both ears, crying out loud. Trying to escape from here but my legs gave up. I keep on screaming until i heard type calling my name while rubbing my back.

I slowly try to breathe in and out while trying to stop myself from shaking. Type look at me worried and tears are visible in his eyes but he still keep on rubbing my back. After a minutes of slow breathings i feel okay but im still shaking and the tears cant stop from falling.

I look at Type and tried to smile, he just hug me and keep on whispering good things even though we just met, i can feel him shiver. I look at him again and saw him smile at me.

Someone knocked and Man go inside looking mad, but get normal again when he saw me looking at him.

"Mr. Bright left already dragging the spoiled brat with him" said man clenching his jaw. I tap his shoulder and smile to not make him worried.

"and win, sorry for not be able to protect you" after saying that he tap my shoulder and give me an apologetic smile.

End of Flashback

I am here at my room trying to sleep for almost 3 hours remembering all of the things that happen earlier, hearing all of the bad things hurts me but it gives me satisfaction too because at the end of the day i'll just think that i deserve all of it.

"stop thinking bad about yourself or i'll fly over there and lock you forever until you admit that you're angel yourself win"

My childhood bestfriend's voice echoed inside my head, i hope she's doing okay and healthy with that thinking i fall asleep smiling.

Third Person's POV

I feel tired but i can feel the excitement and happiness inside me after the landing. It's already midnight but i don't feel sleepy but i feel a adrenaline rush to leave here and drove away to visit someone who's important to me.

"Welcome back Young Madam"  said the butler who feel intimidated seeing her young madam looking at him intently.

"Hey don't get nervous, i don't eat people and thanks" said the pretty rich lady who smirk and quickly enter the driver seat, leaving the butler sighing who seem used to his young madam's running away.

"young madam ran away, send someone to look after our young madam but don't disturb young madam's business or you know what will happen" said the butler informing their head security team. 

"Got it" said the head security team who started following his young madam who drove faster than before.

"It feels good to be back"
