Yan dose something in this chapter that will most likely be against your morals. Please do not follow her example.

The rest of the journey to the lodge was uneventful. The days were perfect weather for sailing and the nights were calm. The most exciting thing that happened was when Lykos jumped into the water to get at a dolphin. Finally Yan saw the port, it looked just like her dad's map had shown. She watched the port until she saw an open spot. Quickly she moved in and tied up the Kaze Tsuyoi. Then, with Lykos by her side, Yan journeyed deeper into the port.

She lightly tapped on the person in front of her's shoulder, when he turned Yan asked, "could you please point me in the direction of the lodge?" "shove off kid" was his response so Yan left. She repeated her question to anyone who would listen but they were all too busy to answer. Eventually out of breath, Yan retreated into an ally to rethink her strategy. But it was her turn to be taped on the shoulder.

She jumped in surprise and spun around. It was an old man, he looked like a dog in a sore need of a home. His hair was untidy and his shirt in tatters, his nose was too big for his face and his lips puckered around two rotten teeth. He spoke, his breath smelled of rotten fish and week old garbage.

"me hear of your quest for answers" it took Yan a while to comprehend but when she did she went, "yes" "wheal you found the Lodge" he nodded. Yan was confused, "so is this building the Lodge?" she asked gesturing to the building behind her, "getting greedy are we yes? Port or Lodge just names, same place, you'll see, you'll see." he giggled, Disappearing into the shadows. Yan stomped her foot. She was sorely tempted to find him again and relieve him of his rotten teeth.

Lykos whined he didn't like the old man that smelled much either. Yan sighed, if he wasn't coming back she should at least figure out what he meant. After a while she had deduced that the port was the lodge and so her dad had got his goods from the market.

Yan left the ally and wandered around the stalls of the famous port market, until she remembered she had no money. She turned this over in her head trying to figure out what to do besides the obvious solution. Finally she had to admit it was the only solution and she got to work. First she found a little boy who was begging for food. She had just enough pocket money for one meal and bought him food. as he hungrily ate she asked him if he could do a favor for her. He looked at her for a while and finally relented, promising to do it.

Yan told him to watch Lykos and told Lykos to listen to this little boy. Then with Lykos taken care of she moved on to the next stage. Leaving the port she found a nice tree and with a little work scaled it. Then she waited, watching the people pass bye, she was still hoping there might be a robber but as minutes passed into hours she knew it would happen. When it was dark enough she moved into pouncing position and waited some more. Finally she saw prey. A lonely man clad in nice clothes was walking at a slow pace and he appeared unarmed. Yan waited till he was right under her then pounced.

Attacking people for money is against the law. Please do not follow Yan's example.
