It's Ana! I start to get excited. I knew they were alive! I glitched myself to the ground and follow to we're I saw the ice. I can't believe I thought for one second that they died! They're all too strong for that. I didn't realize how fast I was running towards my desired location. I needed to get to Ana soon. Tell her that everything is fine. Then find the rest of the squad together. I start to see frost on the ground, I'm getting closer. The frost started turning to ice as I got closer and closer. At this point I'm walking on pure ice. I'm not slipping on it though. I'm going too fast to slip. I look around until I see her. She's laying on the ground covered by a branch. She must've passed out during the attack. I run over to her and use all my strength to get the branch off of her body. I finally get it off and smile at seeing my friend. She's facing the ground right now. I just need to see my friends face again. I turn her body to face me.

. . .

Ana's lifeless eyes stared into mine. My hands were covered in my best friend's own blood. She was impaled In her stomach by one of her own icicles. I jumped backwards, slipping on her ice, I fell on my back.

My best friend was dead.

I covered my bloody hand over my mouth to stop the screams. This can't be happening. It has to be one cruel joke or something. Her face is facing me. It's frosted over in some spots. She must have used her quirk. But this wasn't her fault. What I see is a murder. I have to find the others.

Before it's too late.

I get up from the iced ground I fell on. I had to grab onto a tree stained with Ana's blood to get up. I take one final look at her. She's looking right back at me. More tears flow out of my eyes. I have to go.

I ran. I ran as fast as I could away from her body as I could. I had to stop to catch my breath. Though I can't. No matter how hard I try, I can catch a solid breath. Images of her corpse are flashing in my mind. I need to find the others now. So I started running. I was screaming their names. Hoping I would get some type of reply from anyone.

"MARIUS! OLIVER! JULIAN! PLEASE RESPOND! PLEASE BE OKAY! YOU GUYS CAN'T LEAVE ME TOO!" I screamed. I couldn't stop the sobs coming from my heart, to my lungs, to my throat, then out my mouth. I was terrified. Not for me, but for them.

I was running for about 15 minutes before I found anything else. I came across a puddle of blood. It led east of the woods, I followed it. I need to find the others right now before I completely lose my mind. They have to be okay, they have to be okay, they have to be okay. If I lose them I don't know what I'll do. I reach a part of the woods we're there's a dead end right in front of me. They have to be here somewhere. I start looking under branches, underneath leaves, and behind bushes. Nothing. There's a log to the right of me. I ran up to it. I checked the inside of it to make sure they weren't hiding. Nothing. I looked above it there's some areas of the woods that I haven't checked yet. I stepped over the logs and started checking the area. I found something though. It was silver and small. I picked it up and looked at it closely. It was Julian's silver ring. He told me that it was given to him by his father back in France. He can't be far from here. I noticed something else though. It looked like skin? I dug underneath the leaves and branches. What I saw caused my hand to fly to my mouth. It was severed hands. But not just random hands. They had all Julians rings on them. Soon after seeing the hands I see the rest of his body. His hands were missing from the rest of his body. His hands are the only thing that he could use for his quirk, the villains knew that. I started crying once more. They're all dead aren't they? It can't be just Ana and Julian. I stand up and look to my left. I see a knife sticking up. It's handle is facing the sky. I'm dreading what's going to be there. I removed the leaves to see my best friend. He was always quieter than the others but he was never forgotten. Marius was laying on his back facing the sky. The knife was stabbed in his right eyes. The dried blood was staining his already tear stained face. You could tell he cried before death. I sniffed and got down to my knees. I cried once more, can you blame me though? I always thought we'd all become hero's together. Julian wanted to run his own agency, while Marius wanted to be more underground. Oliver and Ana wanted to be a team. Me and April were really the only ones who didn't have a plan. I see a rose bush a few feet away from me. I walked up to it, plucking two roses from the plant. I walked over to Marius and placed one on his chest. I then made my way to Julian and did the same. I start to walk away from my friend but then I hear a very muffled voice.
