Confronting

"Y/n, babes wake up were all leaving the campsite today." I hear a soft whisper in my ear.

"I love you but two more minutes please." I mumbled back. I grabbed my pillow and dug my head into it.

"JIROU DID YOU JUST CALL L/N BABES?! L/N DID YOU JUST TELL JIROU YOU LOVED HER?! EXPLAIN!" Mina yelled. I jumped up from my spot and looked at the pink girl.

"Alright I'm up. Jirou, Aizawa said you packed my bags?" I ask Jirou. She nodded and pointed to the suitcase in the corner of the room. I lightly smiled and pecked her cheek. "Thank you darling" I whispered in her ear so that no one else could hear. She blushed and nodded.

I walked towards my suitcase and noticed the special element she added. She put Julians ring on the side so that I didn't worry about losing it. The feeling of despair slightly came back and I sadly sighed. I close my suitcase. I didn't have the heart to wear the ring yet. It gets worse every time I look at it. Getting up, I walk towards the bathroom and put on a pair of sweatpants and a sports bra. I leave my hair down and brush my teeth. I walked back to the common room and made my way towards Jirou.

"So when are we leaving?" I asked.

"In about 2 hours. I wish we could spend it together but Aizawa wanted to see you." She sighed. I came up from behind and hugged her by wrapping my arms around her waist.

"Fuck what Aizawa wants." I mumbled. She chuckled at my stubbornness.

"I'm serious Y/n. He said that it was important." She laughed. I released her and gave her a peck on the lips.

"Alright, alright. I'm going. I'm sitting with you on the bus ride back though." I told her. She looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"Hm? Oh no thank you." She teased. I looked at her and raised my eyebrows. I felt flashbacks from the fake Jirou. I looked at the ground and sighed.

"Alright. You don't have to." I mumbled. Her eyes widened and her eyebrows were pushed against each other. She got up and ran to tackle me in a hug. I gasped at the sudden affection.

"No Y/n. I was just joking. Of course I'm going to sit with you!" She laughed. I patted her head and said my farewells. I walked outside to see storming skies. I feel small droplets of water smash against my skin. My squad would always make jokes about the rain with April. They'd always say stuff like;

"Oh no April! Are you upset?! The clouds are crying"

Usually when April's upset a small storm cloud forms about her head. It was a great warning signal to not try and talk to her. Believe it or not, April is terrifying when mad. I chuckled at the small memories my squad had together. The rain started to get worse and worse as time went on. By the time I got to the place Aizawa said to meet, it was thundering hardly. I rushed inside to be greeted by Aizawa looking over some letters. Once he saw me he was quick to put them away. That's weird.

"What we're those?" I plainly asked. He sighed. "If it's something concerning me or.. them. I should be able to know what's going on. Shouldn't I?" I scowled. He looked away from my gaze. He's hiding something.

"It's not that simple L/n. You've already been through enough right now don't you think!? If I tell you thi-"

"Tell me." I demanded. I could feel the venom shoot through my tone.

"You're not one to make demands Y/n!" He yelled. I was shocked by the use of my first name. He's always called me my last.

"I've seen my best friends die in front me! I've already been through the worst pain that I could imagine! JUST FUCKING TELL ME!" I snapped. He stormed towards me. Flashbacks of my mother storming towards me flash before my vision. The screams telling her to stop, the smell of fresh blood, the feeling, that horrible feeling. It was all there. Out of reflex my legs gave out and I crawled to the nearest wall. I hid my head in my arms, preparing for impact.
