Wow. There was so many people. At least 400. I didn't know any of them. Niall and I looked at each other in awe at all the smart looking people. As we squeezed trough all the people I heard someone call my name.

"Rose!" Haley s voice skipped through my ears. Instantly I saw her waving at me like a maniac. As we Walked closer I noticed a glass of champagne in one hand and that cute boy Harry in the other.

"Hello, sorry I'm late I had a bit of a delay." I say and look at Niall who is looking me straight in the eyes. Wow were his eyes amazing. They were like the sea with the sun glazing over them. We giggled and talked for a bit. It was wonderful. "Let's dance." said haley putting me out of my trance.

The music was loud and up beat. My feet hurt like hell but it was worth it. I was here with Niall, Haley, and the new one Harry who seemed to really care for my best friend. He better not hurt he or I'll crush him.

As the song ends we all go to get a drink from the bar. I get a virgin piña colada and Niall gets a beer.

We then found a little spot near the stairs and started to drink. "Wow" I said gazing around the room at the amazing decor. "This is all for u?" Niall spoke in awe. "I guess so" I shrugged and looked at him with a small smile.

We talked for a good half an hour. He make me laugh so hard tears were streaming down my face. He made me feel special. I really wanted to get to know him better. I could tell that he was going to be something special.

"Look" I say pointing to Haley and Harry who seem to be dancing rather close while laughing loudly. I burst into laughter and so did Niall. They were so smashed. It was so funny.

A few minutes later a slow song started to play. Fix you by Cold Play began to play and a smile crept onto my face. Niall seemed to see the smile on my face.

"Wanna dance?" Niall spoke and I smiled back. "I would love too" we both put our drinks down and walked to the dance floor. He places one hand on my hip and the other intertwined with my own. I then placed my free hand on his shoulder and we swayed. I could smell is amazing cologne and I smiled softly.

It was perfect. I never wanted it to end. We moved in perfect sync and it felt so right. As the song ended we both looked at each other with huge smiles.

"Thank you" I whispered. Niall gave me a huge smile and we walked hand in hand to the spot we were at before. Only this time we were accompanied by two drunk friends.

"Were heading to Harry's " Haley slurred and I hoped that they work get a cab there. "Ok please be safe!" I yelled as they tripped over their own feet to get to the door.

Niall and I continued to talk for about two hours before heading home ourselves. I was getting tired and Niall had a job interview in the morning.

I took the building in one last time. Huge stair cases, chandeliers, and tons of people.

As we scurried out of the building I noticed something on my back. Without even noticing Niall had grabbed the small of my back. His hand was strong yet soft. It made my stomach become a sea of butterflies. But I didn't pull away. I liked it. A lot.

The cab ride was short and sweet. Niall and I chatted about the party and all the funny things that happened. As we reached our building the sweet cab driver said "23.00 dollars". I reached for my clutch until Niall whipped out the money before I could even think. "No no I'll pay" I protested. "Please, you can repay me later". I couldn't help but blush at that comment.

The walk to our apartments was quite. But it was a comforting quite I enjoyed.

"Thanks for coming. It was fun I guess" I say trying not to blush to much.

In those few moments I hadn't realized just how close Niall had gotten. I tried to back up but only resorting into hitting the wall. Wow. He was so close. It was amazing.

"I had an amazing time." He whispered in my ear sending a chill down my spine.

He slowly slide his fingers across my jaw and to my neck then it happened.

Niall leaned in and I did the same. Wow. A fire lot within me and I couldn't move. He moved his hand to my cheek causing my breath to shutter. It was like nothing I had ever felt. His lips felt so soft and sweet. My whole body felt like it was being controlled by Niall. It was.

He moved his hands down my back and onto my hips gripping tightly almost to make sure I didn't run away. I didn't want to. I moved my hands to his hair and pulled lightly still deep in the kiss. It was perfect. I never wanted it to end.

A few moments later we both pulled away. I couldn't help but imagine what it would be like to do that again. It was breathtaking. Our foreheads leaned against each other and we were both smiling from ear to ear. It was like nothing I had ever felt.

"Goodnight Rose"

"Goodnight Niall"

And with that we both walked into our apartments without a sound. I still had a huge grin plastered o my face that wouldn't go away.

It was then I realized. I was falling for Niall. And I was falling fast.
