As we ascended into the air butterflies erupted in my stomach causing a smile to cover my face. I looked to Niall who held the same expression as me and it made my heart melt. I grabbed his hand and squeezed tightly which he returned.

This was the best thing ever. I was flying hundreds of feet in the air with the love of my life and it felt amazing. I never wanted to go back down to reality.

"Rose look!" Niall yelled to me and pointed to a tall building. On the building was a huge billboard with Niall on it.

It was crazy. He looked amazing. I couldn't really see if from up here but I could just tell he looked amazing as always.

"Niall that's amazing!" I yelled back and gave him a cheesy grin causing him to laugh.

His laugh was like hearing the best song in the world. It was perfect and always made me feel better. It made everyone smile. I loved it.

As we looked at the beauty of New York from this high I couldn't help but think of all the fun I would miss out on when I went to Paris.

I would miss harry propose to haley, Lily and Luke would never get to see me, and I wouldn't wake up to Niall's smile everyday.

"Rose?" Niall asked causing me to come out of my daze.

"Sorry" I chuckled while wiping a tear that had fallen from my eye while I was thinking.

Niall came to sit beside me and put his arm around my shoulders making me feel so safe. I rested my head on his shoulder so that we could both see out of the helicopter and he kissed my head making me smile.

"What am I going to do without you?" I asked while looking into his beautiful eyes.

"You'll be stronger than ever before" he simply answered before kissing me on the lips. They were so warm and soft yet so daring and hungry. It was all I ever wanted.

After we shared a sweet kiss we continued to look around the city while in each other's arms until the pilot told us it was time to go back to the ground.

I was sad that it was over but it would always be an amazing memory with Niall.

Once we touched the ground we both hopped out and headed to the building to take off all of our gear.

"Thank you Niall." I smiled and laced my fingers with his.

"Only for you." he smiled back and gave me a quick kiss.

Our drive home was relaxing and nice. We stopped at a McDonald's on the way home for fries and it made the day ten times better.

"So what are we gonna do now" I said cheekily to Niall as we parked in the parking lot.

"Who knows." he winked and we both hopped out of the car and walked up to the apartment.

On the way to the apartment I remembered how I met Niall. It was on these stairs. As I was thinking about it I slipped on a step.

A small scream escaped my lips before a pair of strong hands gripped my small hips and stood me up.

"Thank you" I blushed and looked away from Niall.

"Anytime." he chuckled while his face turned red as a tomato. Clearly he remembered it too.

"Here I'll get the door" Niall smiled and I didn't really know why.

I walked inside and all of the lights were off. I turned them on and heard,

"Surprise!" Said all of my friends.
