It had been two weeks since I kissed Niall. I thought about it all the time and every time it sent shivers down my spine. Work was going really well and I even got promoted to taking photos of clothing I liked that I saw out in public. It was amazing.

Niall and I had hung out a lot since the party but we hadn't gotten anywhere like the kiss. Which sucked. But he kept telling me that we wanted to take me on a proper date before he made another move. I agreed but still longed for another kiss.

At 6:00am my alarm went off as always and I got ready for work. Showered, dressed, and ready to go. I checked my phone to see if Haley had called or texted but I saw nothing. Bummer.

I missed her as I hadn't seen her in a few days.

"Hey wanna go to the mall? I miss uuuu" I sent that with a smile on my face can't waiting to see my best friend.

Then it was time to go to work. It was warmer today than usual. It was nice to finally have some good weather in New York.

My work day was fast and good. I finished my colomn for this issue and I got some photos taken. I really loved my job. Hopefully some day it would really take off.

As 3:00 came I packed up and went home. When I was about to hail a cab I got a text. It was Niall.

"Hey dinner tonight?"

He asked me to dinner? A date? I couldn't say no. Wait. Haley.

"I have plans with haley :( I wish I could." I texted. I really wanted to go to dinner but it was the right thing to do to say I was busy.

"Tell her to bring Harry!"

I instantly thought of us all going to dinner and I smiled widely.

"Sounds good to me! 8:00?" I replied so happily.

"Sounds great. See you then:)"

I couldn't wait. I called haley to see if she wanted to go. Obviously she would and the date was planned. Was it even a date? I don't even know. All I know is that I'm so excited butterflies filled my whole stomach.

Haley came over about an hour before the date to get ready. She wore a tight red dress with a diamond necklace to match. I wore a royal blue dress that Flared at the waist.

I was so nervous. They would be here any minute and honestly I couldn't wait any longer. I was so anxious it wasn't funny. As for haley she was to busy trying to look her best for Harry to even notice how nervous I was.

A few minutes later there was a knock at the door. My heart skipped a beat and I was caught in my own breath. Here we go.

Haley rushed to the door and opened it. Two very attractive men walked in and all I could focus on was Niall. He looked stunning. He wore a suit with a black tie and all.

We walked hand in hand to the resteraunt that was only a few blocks away. On the way there haley and Harry were laughing, talking, and occasionally kissing. They really were cute together. I hope he didn't hurt her.

The resteraunt was amazing. Beautiful decor all so modern looking. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. I could only guess how good the food was.

"Welcome to The Pizza Factory" said the handsome waiter with a big smile. Wow. I didn't think the boys would take us to a pizza place for a fancy dinner but I did love pizza so I wasn't arguing.

"I need to go to the washroom, come with me Rose?" Haley asked giving me a look that explained she needed to tell me something.

"Uh yea sure" I smiled to Niall before heading off to the bathroom with Haley.

"Oh my God this is perfect!" Haley screamed in a whisper. She was so excited. I could tell by the smile that wouldn't crawl off of her face. I was so happy that her and Harry were together. It was so evident the way he looks at her that he was falling in love with her.

We talked for a few Minutes about Harry and Niall then we headed back to the table.

They both looked at us with wide smiles and I smiled back at Niall. As i sat down Niall placed his hand gently on my thigh sending a chill all though my body. It was amazing that he felt that we could be this close. He started tracing circles with his thumb only making me feel weaker. He was teasing me. It was torture. I put my hand on his hand and he was surprised. I giggled to myself and we both looked at each other with a side glance.

"So Niall, Rose told me that you like to sing?" Haley spoke trying to make a good conversation at the table.

"Um yea I actually just got a job downtown singing at a pub." Niall said proudly looking at me. Huh. I didn't know Niall got a job. Good for him. I was so happy that he's doing well. It made my heart warm.

As the night went on we all chatted, laughed and shared some good stories. When 10:00 approached we all knew we had to go home. I was sad that we couldn't stay all night but we all had to work the next day and I could tell haley and Harry had other plans they wanted to fulfil.

Me and Niall said our good byes while Harry and haley went there own way. I was really looking forward to saying good bye to Niall. Hoping that just maybe we would share another kiss.

As the cab pulled up to our building Niall payed the fee and we walked with Niall's hand on the small of my back. It was lovely and I never wanted it to end.

"Tonight was amazing" I said as we approached our doors.

"Yes it was. A real great first date" he smiled. So it was a date. Great. I was tingling with happiness as he grabbed my hand and pulled me into his apartment. Oh boy.

"Wanna watch a movie?" Niall asked in a whisper letting go of my hand to grab the remote. As he went on Netflix and put on the breakfast club I smiled and nodded.

"Of course." I said so happy to still be with him.

We both sat on the couch and he pulled me in close. I could smell his amazing cologne and even though I was still in my dress I couldn't be anymore comfortable in his arms. He was drawing small circles on my hip and I was playing with a button on his shirt as we watched the movie.

"Niall?" I whispered almost falling asleep.

"Shh, go to sleep" Niall also whispered to me and again I felt a sting of shock go through my whole body.

He kissed my head before I fell into a deep sleep.

That night was one of the best nights of my life. And I hoped that it would only happen more and more.
