11:00 AM I wake up in bed after my first night in my new house. I fell in love with my house the minute i walked into it. Breakfast was good i ate some Yoghurt with fruits. Then i walked into my bedroom to go and put on some clothes. Nothing special cause it is Saturday and i decided not to go out or anything. I put on a bra and put an oversized shirt on as a jacket. Also i out on some sweats. I decided to watch some Netflix. My door bell rung so i got up. ‚,hey y/n. You forgot your wallet at my hou-'' cate wanted to continue but then shew saw that i was standing in the door with only a bra. ,,staring is rude sweetheart'' i said mocking her. ,,what if it wasn't me ? Then a random stranger would've saw you'' she said with a sound of jealously in her voice. ,, are you jealous ? I wouldn't let that stranger come near me like you so don't worry'' i said smiling. ,, oh really ? Well that's good to know'' she said with a smirk. she closed the door and she kissed me passionately. ,,how about dinner at my place tonight at 7 ?''I asked her after breaking the kiss. ,,sounds great. I do have to leave because i have this podcast thing but ill be at your house at 8 okay?'' she asked me smiling. I gave her a kiss. ,,sounds good to me'' i answered. After that cate left I noticed a person standing at the gate from my house but I didn't really gave an afterthought. I close the door. I decided to fix up the house a little bit.I know I've only lived there for one day but I can be a messy person sometimes.
6:30 PM I decided to cook us some pasta with pesto. I know it wasn't fancy but I always like to make those kind of things. Dress up really pretty I felt like.

The doorbell rang. That's weird, cate is normally not early. I didn't really care as long as cate was there. When I open the door I didn't see Cate I just saw a man standing there. „hello, are you y/n?'' Then asked me nice. ,, yes I am.who are you?'' I asked him. ,,my name is Andrew Upton'' he answered. Oh my god. As in cates ex husband ? Holy shit. Is he mad? What does he know? ,, do you mind if I come in for a moment to talk with you on private?'' He asked me still with a smile on his face. ,,uhm sure come in please.'' I said. I guided him to my couch and told him to sit. ,, do you want something to drink?'' ,, no thank you everything is alright'' he answered. I nodded and walked over and sat down at the other side of the couch. ,,so y/n.. I came here to talk about Cate. Yesterday at night I came to Cates house because she forgot some things at my well better say our old house.and I saw you leaving the house so this morning I came to see where she went and I found you again. Please don't think that I am crazy person I just want to know what's happening. So I came here to ask you if you are playing along with her or if you like her ? We aren't married anymore but I still care about her a lot and I don't want the mother of my children in my best friend to get hurt'' he said. Wow. I didn't expect that kind of reaction. I was speechless. ,,first of all I don't think that you are a crazy person at all.it's totally normal. And no I'm not playing around with cate. I really like her a lot but I don't know if we are an item yet because we haven't talked about it I do not want to pressure her I want to give her her time because I want her to feel comfortable you know?'' ,, yes I know what you mean. And you are okay with you know that she has 4 kids she will have them now every 2 week?'' He asked me nice. ,, yes of course.there are part of Cates live. I don't think it's a problem at all. But as I said we haven't talked about things like introducing us to family or anything else i don't even know yet what we are. But I can assure you that I'm not even going to hurt her she means a lot to me'' I said with a soft smile. ,, that's very good.you seem like a very nice girl and I'm very happy that Cate found a person and I mean that.'' He said and gave me a hug. Turn the door bell rang. I opened the door and it was Cate. She walked in with a smile and greeted me with a kiss on my cheeks. Them when she saw Andrew she stood there not knowing what to do. ,,Cate don't worry I am not mad or anything I just wanted to talk to y/n. Have a lovely evening'' Andrew said while walking out of the door and giving me a quick hug. ,,uhm well what did he want ?'' He asked me if I was okay with you having kids and everything'' I said. ,,and what did you s- say'' she asked nervous. ,,why are you nervous?'' I asked. ,, well maybe you are not okay with it and maybe you don't like me what would be okay'' she said lookinsaid looking down. ,,hey.. I answered him that I don't even know if we are an item but I answered him also that I am not here to hurt you and I really really like you and of course I'm okay with the kids'' I said. I saw her raising her head and a cute smile appeared on her face. ,,actually I wanted to ask you something. Well I really like you a lot in the last few weeks have been amazing I never felt this way for a long time so I wanted to know if you want to be my girlfriend?'' Cate asked me. ,, if you don't want to it's totally fi-'' I cut her off by giving her a kiss. ,,of course I want to !'' I said. ,, oh thank God otherwise this would've been very awkward'' she said laughing which made me laugh. ,,soo will my girlfriend have dinner with me?'' I asked her . ,,of course'' she said with a smile.
10:00PM We finished eating. ,, I should go it's getting late.'' Cate said. ,, you can stay over if you want to.'' I said ,,of course I'd like that I only said that so you can offer me to stay over'' she said laughing. I rolled my eyes and laughed. We both got bed ready. We did watch some Netflix on the couch.after about one hour we both went upstairs and went to my bedroom. I had a very huge master size king bed it was always a dream. I later on and Kate was next to me and I had Cate in my arms. ,, I could get used to this'' I said stroking her hair. ,,me too'' she said. ,,good night sweetheart'' cate said. ,,good night cate' I answered and kissed her head.
