"HOPE rises like a PHOENIX from the ashes of shattered DREAMS"
- S. A. Sachs

Armageddon bathed in the fire,
jesting with its hellish and diabolic humors;
stood there in a malicious grin the face can't tire,
closing distances like predators, growing like tumors.

The sand kept escaping to the end of the hourglass.
Wars arose, blood seeped into the ground.
Bogens cant prove otherwise of their crass.
They fought till they lost everything and nothing could be found.

The Doom on its fixed course, crept near,
evil and death sparkling 'bove in the sky.
Even for the cleverer, Apocalypse bore no fear,
destruction was what they knew, leaving Tellus bone dry.

None but only one arose like a Phoenix,
changing the way everyone saw the barbaric world.
Believed the bad will kneel before this Felix,
marking the end of oppression, and the hope unfurled.

Reborn from the ashes, rose from the courage,
unburied millions of hearts, emerged from the depths of suffering.
Winning with passion, without any sacrilege,
burning like a large, red thunderbird, stood a true King.

Satan exists but only if innocence and ignorance let it.
Vow to spread incense-like myrrh and melody like an oriole
and help reincarnate to a better version of themselves,
hers was as pure as to resurface like a phoenix, with an Aureole.

This poem is my first win.
I stood second in a contest which I m glad I took part in.
This poem is dedicated to my Idol Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat who has faced many obstacles and still stands with his head held high which is quite admirable.
Also my win is dedicated to these two admirable and lovable people!!
