What's it like to feel this way?
It feels like a pit down deep in your mind, that sucks you in. It traps you where no light gets in.
It feels like a longing for something you miss. Like you've found a love but it's gone amiss.
it feels like dying, slowly and alone. Like you have no place, and you have no home.
It feels like an ache, deep in your soul. you don't know how to stop it, how to make yourself whole.
It feels like someone ripped your heart out of your chest. The pain at first, then numbness, maybe for the best.
If you knew how to fix yourself then maybe you would. But you don't, so you think, "what is it like, to feel this way?"
