man three years not only have I gotten older I have gotten stronger as a swordsman better than his guards he has now, I am wearing my father's armor and it kind of feels weird to be in his armor considering how well it fits my father was a little bit shorter than me and not as big muscle wise I walked to the garden where Starla was and it's amazing how she knows a lot about gardening and magic, I put my sword on the bench and walk closer to her" so what you doing starshine" she looked at me and rolled her eyes and tried to hide her smile"we are not teenagers anymore you can stop calling me that Kiran". I put my hand on her head"why I know you like being called that if you didn't you wouldn't try to hide your smile from me but seriously what are you doing" she pushes my hand off her hand"well if you were paying attention to the books I'm reading when I fall asleep then you would be able to tell what I'm doing" I roll my eyes and sit next to her the best I could"how can I see what your reading when I have to pick you up and take you to your room" she pushed me to the side and I chuckled" well if you have to know Kiran I'm trying to see if I could use magic to make these flowers grow so if I have to on any of our travels I could grow food". I shook my head" we would not like to die due to your cooking last time you made food I felt sick to my stomach" she sent a flame at me but I just caught it and made it disperse"I've been training my magic just like you so you cant burn me anymore" she smiled and laughed and got up, so I got up along with her she grabbed my sword and pulled it out of its sheath and tried to attack me but I was dodging every attack trying not to get hit until I caught it with both hands and we both looked surprised and then I took my sword out of her hand and then I pushed her to the ground and put my sword to her throat" okay I'm surprised that happened and let's wait till I train you to actually use a sword okay starshine" I helped her up and she wiped off her dress that had dirt on it. she looked at me mad" was pushing me down really necessary you hot head" I chuckled and one of the servants showed up with my fathers shield" sir Kiran somebody requested to see you in the village I believe they said that a miss Ellie was in trouble she said it was urgent" I grabbed the shield and looked at Starla" well feel like taking a trip to a friends store you know to stretch your legs" Starla nodded and we started to walk out of the castle grounds and into the village itself. 

we walked at started getting strange looks but I kept Starla close so nothing would happen and when we got to Ellie's shop it was destroyed and then we heard a crash in the alley nearby I pushed Starla inside the shop"stay here grab one of the daggers off the wall and don't open the door to anybody" she closed the door and I went into the alley and Ellie was on the floor bleeding while people were around her and that got me mad" hey assholes why not pick on somebody your own sizes" the looked at me and the guy in the middle sent two guys after me and I put up my sword and shield because all they had were daggers. they then both rushed me and electricity flowed around my body and it looked like I teleported behind both of them and they fell to the ground" are u sure you want to do this" the other two that was next to the leader ran off while the leader stood his ground I started to walk closer and he then rushed me and I moved to the side as he ran past I grabbed his arm and pushed him against the wall" should have taken the easy way out like your friends did" then I broke his arm and as he fell to the ground in pain I kicked him in the head knocking him out. I pick up Ellie until I feel a sharp pain in my legs and I fall to my knees"damn I knew it was risky but I need to knock both of them out Im not used to using dads magic yet maybe I should train more with his magic along with my mothers" I got back up and Ellie puts her hand on my face" thanks for saving me Kiran I couldn't use my magic on them for somereason I'm glad u showed up when you did" I nooded and opened up the shop door and starla was behind the counter with the dagger and I smiled" Starla would you mind healing her please so she can at least be able to walk again they got her bad" starla smiled and cleared the counter and I laid Ellie on the counter and Starla took out the dagger and started cutting the upper part of Ellie's dress which made me turn around and get a smart remark from Ellie"What Kiran we used to bath together when we were little whats the difference now" I shook my head and sighed" its because you were fourteen while I was only ten, its different now because you are twenty-four and I'm twenty that's why its different now" I could hear starla chuckling and I just kept looking towards the door expecting something bad to happen. I could see the bright blue light hitting against the walls and knew starla was healing Ellie then the door handle started to jiggle and I got ready to pull my sword out but then the handle stopped jiggling when the blue light fadded I heard two people talking outside of the door and Ellie went to the back of the store to go change and starla came up behind me and whispered in my ear" we must find out who it is, I could act like the shop keeper and you act like a guard okay" I just nodded she got behind the counter ready to play her part and I opened the door to two hooded figures, one of them was pretty tall that he barely fight inside of the door as they both walked in I closed the door behind them and they took off their hood, one of the strangers was an elf which was a shock to me and A bright white light shined underneath my gauntlet and I hid it behind my back then they both kneeled in front of the counter and said in unison" greeting princess Starla" I started to take out my sword and the elf turned around" there is no need of that Kiran I'm surprised you don't remember me then again you were only two years old but those rings should still be in your possession correct" I gripped the handle tighter and I looked at the both of them then put my sword back in its sheath and took off my helmet" okay first I need to know how yall know us and you elf how do you know about my parents rings". The elf nodded" of course my name is Galadriel and my giant friend is named Anakim, a request was sent to us by the king himself and when we saw the lightning in the alleyway I thought it was your father but when I saw you walk out with Ellie I knew it wasn't your father and it sadly reminded me that he fell in battle and left you alone I searched for you for years but never found you but the king told me you were alive and with the treaty me and anakim decided to come and teach you both how to use magic and how to become a sword master like your father" I put my helmet on the ground and took off my sword from my back and handed it to Galadriel" this must be your sword then I think i should give you it back because it would be what my father wanted" she pushed it back towards me and put her hand on my face" the years have been unkind to you Kiran I see so much pain and rage in your eyes, I want you to keep the sword its your fathers therefore it is know yours to weild and you weild it well I seen you protect the princess and knew it was time to tell the others that you have been found". Anakim got up and made his way towards the princess and was talking to her and Ellie came out in new clothes and smiled at all of us then one of the other shop keepers busted in" Ellie we were just notified we are under attack we need to fall back to the castle now" I looked at Ellie, Starla and anakim"Anakim take them both back to the castle I will hold off the invaders until the cavalry arrives and Galadriel you need to go with them as well to protect them okay" anakim picked up Ellie and Starla" I will get them to safety but will protect the castle and wait for yall" Anakim started to run and I put my helmet on and went out side and I saw orcs getting closer so I took out my sword and Galadriel put her hand on my shoulder" please come back safely there is so much you need to know and learn" I nodded and looked at the orcs and shot fire across the ground to make them break off but they ran through the fire with minimum burns so I then took off my shield from my back and I ran at them and started to cut them down.
