Trailer 1: The world is lost again

Thanks to the Maverick Hunter Zero.... and the resistance he left behind one last time when he fought Dr. Weil... the world was saved from Neo Arcadia and it could rebuild anew.

"People of Neo Arcadia and the world beyond... my name is Dr. Ciel... and I believe that in order to move forward, certain truths must be spoken. First, I apologize that the life the humans have lived in Neo Arcadia was interrupted by us time and time again... but the reason this happened is because the one known as X was retiring innocent Reploids to maintain the energy sufficient to run the supposed utopia. And... the one responsible for this was not the original Mega Man X. " Ciel announced on a podium in the center of what was once Neo Arcadia. The people and Reploids around her looked at her in shock.

"The real Mega Man X sealed himself away and defended us from the fury of the Dark Elf for many years... and I... believe that the world would not be safe without X, made a copy of Mega Man X... this Copy X became the leader of Neo Arcadia and instead of trying to maintain peace between human and Reploid alike, Copy X turned on the Reploids and served only the humans. It was this that caused me to form the Resistance. The very same Resistance that Dr. Weil wanted to paint as extremist. Dr. Weil wanted the world to be ruled by him... but it was thanks to the legendary Zero... and the real Mega Man X as a cyber elf, that prevented Dr. Weil from succeeding. Now I stand here, unsure of our future... but I have created a solution of the energy crisis... and I promise and I will work hard to restore the world to a state of peace... one where human and Reploid alike could smile and live happily... like in the dreams of the original Mega Man X. But we can only achieve this by working together, so I ask for your aid." Ciel said, as this message broadcast through the whole world. People cheered.

For years... the peace Zero fought so hard for the world to gain was maintained... but everything changed when one night Ciel got some kind of transmission.

"Ciel... Ciel are you there?" A voice asked through an old Resistance communicator in Ciel's room in the first Guardian's base. Ciel was working on her Biometals project when she heard this voice and she dropped her tools in shock.

"Zero?! Zero is that really you?!" Ciel asked.

Cole voice over: The saddest part.... it wasn't... and everything changed....

It was daytime again when Ciel was searching a forest area for Zero. Ciel and her Guardians soldiers searched for Zero... but a mysterious figure stabs Ciel with an older model of the Z Saber than the one Zero had last used in his final battle against Dr. Weil.

Cole voice over: That was the night I was born... my name is Cole Light... and my life had been over before it really began.

Baby Cole started to grow. His green eyes glowed as the growing boy was shown to read various books about various topics such as robotics and the history of Mega Man and Mega Man X. Young child Cole went to elementary school.

Cole voice over: I wish what I remember next was the most of problems... but... let's just say this memory is nothing compared to life now....

Elementary school Cole had gotten food thrown at him.
"We'll never accept anyone with the last name of Light! My dad said if it wasn't for the Light and Wily Wars, all of the craziness of the Mavericks and Neo Arcadia wars would have never happened!" A kid yelled pointing at Cole. As Cole grew older, he was met by people and Reploid alike unwilling to extend even the smallest olive branch of friendship.

Cole voice over: I became something of a fighter.... not at all like my ancestor... Dr. Thomas Light.

A Reploid was pushing a human woman around to try to mug her, confident that the Guardians would not find him. Only for a teenage Cole, using some enhanced gloves he made to protect himself, to punch the Reploid in the chest area, sending it flying back.
