I pulled back into my driveway... Still in shock. I ran into the house, and ran straight past the Beckhams and my grandparents and straight to the elevator.
"Ari?" My grandad yelled.
"I can't!" I yelled back to him.
"Why not?"
"I have to go to the bathroom!" I yelled as the elevator doors closed.
"She's lying..." My grandad said.
"She'll be down... Shortly!" My grandma said.
I quickly sent my best friends a group message about Zoe.
They couldn't believe it either.
"You should come eat, if you're hungry." My grandma said as she stood in my doorway.
"Yeah... Just one second!" I said smiling at her. She walked away.
I checked my messages then I decided to walk downstairs. I sat in the one open seat, between Harper and Romeo. Awkward, but whatever.
"So... Ariana we want to tell you something!" My grandma said.
What did they want to tell me now? They found the letter from my aunt? Did Brooklyn snitch on me. I looked at Brooklyn and gave him a dirty look. He mouthed the word 'what' but I just shook my head at him.
"We are going to Hawaii for a wedding and we were thinking you could just stay with the Beckhams!" My grandad explained.
What? No! I think the Beckhams are nice and all... But stating for with them for like a week? No!
"We would be gone for a month, and we can take Aubry!" My grandma said.
A MONTH?! I have to live with the Beckham's for a month?
"When do you leave?" I question.
"Tomorrow. That's why we are having dinner, tonight!" My grandad said.
"Oh... Great!" I said with sarcasm.
My grandparents smiled at me, and I returned a fake smile.
"We can move your stuff in after dinner!" David said.
"We are so excited to have you, Ariana!" Victoria said smiling.
I never really have seen her smile before. She had a beautiful smile. If was weird seeing it though, just because we rarely see it.
"Aren't you excited?" Cruz asked looking at me.
"Uh... Yeah... Of course I am!" I said smiling so he wouldn't get upset.
"Don't worry!" My grandad said.
"I won't..." I said lying, and faking a smile.
It was awkward enough being neighbors with Brooklyn... Since we kissed. I couldn't stay a month in the same house with him.
We finished up dinner and my grandma told me to go pack. I waved goodbye to the Beckham's and told them I would come over when I was finished packing.
"We will miss you!" My grandma said hugging me and giving me a kiss.
"I will miss you too! And excpecially you Aubs!" I said giving my baby sister a kiss.
"Should I leave them here?" I said, talking about my bags.
"We can take them over there right now, I can help you!" My grandad said grabbing my bag.
"In case of emergency, you have a key, right?" My grandma asked.
"Yeah, it's in my purse!" I said holding up my purse.
"You should stay the night tonight, just to get used to it!" My grandma said smiling.
"Um, I guess!" I said faking a smile.
I didn't even want to stay there! Not for a day, not for a week, and definitely not for a whole MONTH! I kissed Brooklyn... Well he kissed me. And he blew me off. How am I suppose to see him, it's hard enough if I have to see him at school after Spring Break... I don't know how I am going to do it.
