Good vibe was in the air. All the staffs were early at the venue blowing on balloons and dancing along to the music that echoed in the room.

Win was still at home trying to distract Love while Bright was already setting up the cameras for the party.

How lucky.. Bright thought as he inserted a battery into his camera.

He took out his guitar which he had brought especially for Win to use and placed it gently on the sofa.

The surprise party was cliché. They walk past printed photographs pasted on the walls and hanging on the ceiling, then flowers and serenade.

After hours of decorating the place, it was finally time.

P'Eed went out of the room to wait for the two to arrive and lead them.

As soon as the door opened and Love came in, everyone in the room shouted "Happy birthday!" while poppers went off.

She jumped and covered her ears, leaning onto Win who was now smiling and hugging her.

Bright zoomed in on their faces. He first noticed Love's teary eyes and then Win's glimmering eyes toward her.

He felt happy for the both of them. Their love for each other was obviously strong, whether it was friendly or romantic.

A hand rested on his shoulder and he looked down to see P'Eed trying to comfort him.

She smiled with sadness, knowing that he was probably hurt.

Bright placed a hand on hers and assured her that he was fine.

The two spent a few minutes walking slowly to the sofa. They laughed while reminiscing the pictures of memorable times they had together.

As they reached the sofa, Win took the beautiful bouquet of pink roses to give it to her. She took it shyly and was aware of every move the boy made.

Win then took the guitar. His first strums squeaked a little and they just laughed it off. Then his next few strums sounded comforting, at least to Bright's ears.

"I still remember the third of December, me in your sweater.. You said it looked better on me than it did you. Only if you knew how much I liked you.."

His voice and accent sounded pretty.

"Why would you ever kiss me? I'm not even half as pretty.." he sang as he booped the tip of Love's nose softly with his finger.

"You gave her your sweater, it's just polyester but you like her better.. wish I were Heather." Bright mouthed the next lyrics that the boy sang.

The two hugged as everyone cheered for them.

After eating all the food on the table, everyone started chatting among themselves for a break.

Bright had to record a mini interview for Win and Love to know how they felt during those moments.

First, he had Love sitting on a chair in front of the camera.

"What did you feel about the surprise?" Bright started.

"I didn't expect it at all. I was super touched because the crew and especially P'Win prepared all of these for me. I really, really just wanna say thank you." She said, pointing to the staffs behind Bright.

She continued, "First of all, P'Win didn't tell me he could play the guitar. Second of all, he's such a sweet guy. He told me before that he loves throwing surprises but I didn't think I would have one of his."

For a short while, Love paused, clearly trying to hold back her tears.

"When he sang for me, the first thought in my head was, what will I do when this show's over?" Finally, she broke down.

Bright handed her some tissue paper and she sat there trying to calm herself.

"I just wish time would go by slowly with him."

After her interview, Win's was next.

"What did you feel when you surprised her?" Bright began, his palms getting sweaty.

Win thought carefully before answering, "I was glad to see her happy. It was the first time I saw her look so emotional."

Bright nodded, gesturing to him to talk more.

"I have to give the cameraman lots of credits for teaching me how to play Love's favourite song on the guitar!" he clapped excitedly.

The older nodded with a smile.

"I'm grateful to everyone who helped me prepare this surprise. Thank you sooooooo much~ I'll buy you guys lunch tomorrow HAHAHA."

The interview ended and they started packing up. Bright carried both his camera bag and sling bag.

He was told that Win and Love had to spend the time together at home after the party and that the producer will take over him today.

Sighing in exhaustion, he trudged to the carpark with the other staffs who were also ready to go home.

"Excuse me."

Bright looked at the owner of the voice who he remembered as the guide-to-win-metawin's-bedroom guy.

"I don't mean to be nosy but I think you should end it before you get hurt." he whispered.

"End what?" Bright replied with an eyebrow raised.

The latter gave a scornful look. "Your relationship with Win, duh."

Who is he to say this to me? Bright thought.

"I'm Tawan Vihokratana by the way. You can call me Tay." the man introduced himself as though he read his mind.

With a hand out, Bright shook it.

"I'm Bright Vachirawit."

"I know."

Awkward.

They quickly separated ways as the silence was killing them.

All of a sudden, Bright's phone rang.

Uncle?

"Bright, don't freak out. I brought your mom to the hospital." he informed.

Anxiety rushed into Bright until he felt nauseous.

"Where are you? I'm coming." he managed to say.

With a chaotic mind, he threw his bags beside the driver's seat and was about to close the door until a hand stopped it.

"Scoot over, I'm driving." a familiar voice instructed.
