One becomes the villain on someone's song,
Two becomes sweets while getting along,
One finding love on the internet to suffer,
The other becomes a servant of her lover.
One lost his chance to someone,
The other is waiting on her "the one,"
One of them gave up and moved on,
The last one is the greatest con.
Surrounded by different kinds of love,
But you're the one I want to have,
I'm praying my wishes will come true,
That someday I'll say "I do" to you.
I know you want anyone that is not me,
Yet I'm still awake at night dreamin',
Writing songs about you as I did,
Singing a song that will be dead.
Maybe love is different for everyone,
Sometimes good, always not,
The feeling hurts to the bone,
Sometimes home, always no.
