Chapter 8 : Eyes Meet First
Nora’s POV
The whole crowd was in chaos ; singing along to their songs .
Everyone looked so happy .
There’s something about Zayn that’s too mind striking .
I know that smile . It is just so … familiar .
I just couldn’t seem to place his smile . Well , I had to figure it out then .
“ How was your day ? ” Ms. Miller asked as she sat , tuning a guitar .
Notice how I mentioned Ms . instead of Mrs ?
That is because she never married . She has been waiting for that same guy whom she loved 16 years ago , when she was 17 .
Ms . Miller walked out of door , talking to a few boys .
“ Nora , why don’t you just show them around ? ” she asked me , unsure .
“ Why not ? ” I ask and she glances over her shoulder .
“ Please go to the principal’s office , Nora ” a huge looking man said me , as I nodded my head , walking away .
I knocked on the principal’s door and heard a ‘ Come In ! ’ .
“ You must be knowing them Nora . Will you please show them around the school ? ” She asked in a formal tone , referring to the five boys in front of me .
“ My pleasure ” I said , sarcasm evident in my tone ; and she doesn’t even notice .
“ Hope you have a nice day ! ” she called out as we walked out of the office .
“ So , I guess we never got your name ? ” Harry asked , shooting me a welcoming smile.
“ Nora Grey .” I said , extending my hand towards him .
He shook my hand and didn’t let my hand go . He reluctantly let it go as soon as he spotted Zayn glaring at him .
“ So where do you want to go first ? ” I asked , as we continued to walk down the hallway .
“ Music Room ! ” Harry and Louis yelled together .
“ Anywhere good ” Liam said .
Someone has a reasonable brain here .
