My POV BITCH

Jk jk, Nezuko's POV

It's so nice to see him like this.

Inosuke's never really been the love type, but it's nice to see him acting a bit differently. Even though he's still kind of yelling at everyone, he's getting married. He's getting married, to my brother.

Although I've always kind of had a small thing for shipping him with my brother, when they got engaged a few months back, I was left in shock.

Inosuke has never been a romantic, I mean, how did someone like him fall in love? I guess it's just something you can't control, huh?

I walk over to Kanao, who once had a thing for Tanjiro, but it's not like she would admit that.

"Oh, hello Nezuko!" She exclaims, obviously excited about this whole event.

I grin from ear to ear, matching her enthusiasm as Inosuke groans in frustration in the background.

"Stupid fucking suit." I hear Inosuke grumble.

"Hey Kanao, how's it been?" I gleefully ask her.

"I've been alright, when I heard the news I was ecstatic!" She responds with joy.

We trail on with a conversation, but I know we were both more focused on taking our seats in the main yard, since they chose a lovely place deep in the forest.

It almost seems like a movie, with the stringing lights from trees but keeping the natural glow of the forest, it feels homey. We watch as more people talk, and kids excitedly play in the clearing.

Someone jumps up, exclaiming loudly: "Rokuta! Shigeru! Let that poor bunny go!"

Ah, it's just my mom. Of course my little brothers are in trouble, as usual.

You'd think they would've matured by now, but alas, they're just like the little kids they were. Well at least Hanako and Takeo have matured a bit more.

As that thought resonates, I see Kotoha, Inosuke's mother, speaking with Tanjiro.

I lose my train of thought as my thoughts become clouded with what they could be talking about, besides, Kanao's shifted to speak with Aoi and Shinobu.

Everyone then decides to stand back at their seats, as though a silent cue was activated.

No one's POV because I'm awkward and forgot how weddings work

As music cues, everyone turns their head to an embarrassed Inosuke, covering his feminine face with his left hand as Kotoha holds his right reassuringly.

As Inosuke gets past them all, they turn our attention to Tanjiro, who's standing there like a lost child. His face is beat red with embarrassment, looking Inosuke up and down like a love-struck schoolgirl. His eyes wide, blinking rapidly, his eyes look as though they're swimming with tears, threatening to overflow.

As they make it to the end, Kotoha nods to Tanjiro, with a bright smile.

Inosuke just stands there like a statue, completely frozen. Everyone in the small crowd of attendees are now chuckling at the frozen Inosuke.

Kotoha finally reaches over to make Inosuke take Tanjiro's hand.

Inosuke then steps up slightly onto the white platform, face utterly flushed with anxiety and happiness.

Then so goes on their vows, Tanjiro looking like a lost puppy, staring at Inosuke. Then with Inosuke looking like he's about to die from embarrassment.

They finish and Tanjiro takes a step forward, kissing Inosuke with a wide smile.

Everyone in the audience applauds, some sort of scoffing but they're just homophobic so don't mind them, we don't know why they were invited.

Time skip??

So comes the time for speeches, and small chatting.

Of course Kie and Kotoha, as their mothers, give very heartfelt adorable speeches.

"While Inosuke was growing up," Kotoha started, "he was a rowdy kid, never really interested in romance or school. He always wanted to go play outside, even when I got him a phone, he rarely ever used it." Kotoha chuckled and some other parents in the audience laughed.

"That was until we moved and I divorced his father. We were both happier, and he went to highschool." She continued on, reminiscing. "He met Tanjiro there and I couldn't believe it when he came home smiling, not able to shut his little pie hole." Tanjiro chuckles, and others follow suit, scattered talking and laughing.

"He always found an excuse to have Tanjiro over or go to his place, I can't even remember how long it took for me to meet Zenitsu, even though apparently they were friends before he even met Tanjiro!" Zenitsu buries his face in his hands while more bust out laughing at his reaction.

Others continue on talking with speeches and drinking while listening to what everyone says.

Nezuko gives a small comment and Zenitsu shares all of their embarrassing moments, like a good best man.

"Tanjiro was always in favor of staring at Inosuke rather than paying attention in class." He started off slowly, "always them and their freak crushes on each other. With my hearing, I could hear every time they would talk to each other how their hearts would race and they would both flush."

"They were always idiots in love, there was never a question in my head whether or not they had monster crushes on each other." he slowly tapped his chin in thought, "Inosuke was always clumsy around Tanjiro, just couldn't take his eyes off of him apparently."

Zenitsu continued on with trying his hardest to embarrass them for the rest of his best man speech.

Then they move on to a party, lots of smiles and karaoke, and food. Inosuke is of course more interested in the buffet.

Tanjiro ends up going off with Inosuke to, as they put it, 'Get shoved in the closet and sign a bunch of papers while everyone else has fun' But don't listen to that, they had plenty of fun.

Inosuke ends up by the end, staring into space while looking at his ring, holding hands with Tanjiro. Both of them just absolute dumb messes for each other. It makes you wonder how one of them even mustered up the courage to propose with how awkward they are.

It was then that everyone started leaving to the main out front yard area. Then the two dumb asses- I mean newlyweds, would be leaving in a car to catch a plane for their honeymoon.
