"Hey Inosuke, so how was your summer?" Nezuko asks excitedly, walking to the bus stop, Tanjiro trailing behind.

"Saw my birth mom, but other than that I was stuck at home with my foster mom." Inosuke shrugged.

"Oh, well how is Kotoha? I haven't seen her in ages!" She continues.

"She's doing better, recovering from heart surgery though." Inosuke sighs, barely interested in speaking with her.

"Oh, well that's good." She says.

A long bus ride to school later.

"WHAT THE FU-" Zenitsu starts, but Tanjiro slaps his hand over his mouth.

"Can you not scream??" Tanjiro asks, annoyed. Zenitsu nods and he lets go.

"What the hell happened to the school???" Inosuke questions.

"School? Nah bro this is just a fucking hill." Tanjiro scoffs.

"According to this sign, it was burnt down because someone didn't turn off the oven in the Home Ec." Nezuko says.

"Oh wait how did we not notice that sign-" Inosuke quietly says.

"Because you're all dumbasses." She says, rolling her eyes.

"Man I'm hungry." Zenitsu sighs.

"Yeah and so was the person that didn't turn off the oven in home economics." Tanjiro says.
