Title: Golden tongues and fingers

Envy eats away at the poor few that fall for its tricks.

The foolish that let its words sink into their ear.

It looks at those with golden tongues who’s words fall out of their mouths like rain drops into the silent city's gutter.

The golden tongues that chose to share their priceless wisdom that they get from the gods are few.

Their words dance as the royals do in a grand ball only for the richest.

Their words creep into the ears of every listener's souls, though very rarely does it miss the ear and hit the heart.

Whilst the golden tongue’s words dance with the hearts’ string the golden fingers make festes for the eyes.

Their hands trot across the canvas of choice.

They please the viewer till the paint dries.

The golden fingers will stick out more than some of them  please.

The envious attempts to cut off the fingers and taste buds of color.

I am one of the envious.
Though I hold gold hands of my own…
