When the clock hit 7, I walked downstairs and was about to leave when Nick's hand stopped mine.

"Yes?" I asked, with an eyebrow raised.

"Where ya goin'?" He asked.

"Out, with a friend," I spoke. I pushed his hand away from mine. I walked out of the house and to Thomas's car.

"Hey cute thing," He said as I put my seatbelt on.

"Hey," I said as he started driving. We held hands along the way and talked. We made it to the cinema and we walked inside still holding hands. Thankfully no one recognized us. We started watching the movie and Thomas's arm was around me. My head was on his chest and he had one of his hands on my thigh.

After the movie ended, me and Thomas walked out of the cinema holding hands and talking. He turned me towards him and placed a soft kiss on my lips. 

"What was that for?" I asked.

"Cuteness," He responded, smirking.  We walked back to his car, our fingers interlocked. 

Damn.

He really was a charmer. 

"So, any plans for your future?" He asked.

"Well, now I have TikTok but I was thinking to settle down. With a guy. And maybe have a little romantic life. But other than that I would just want happiness," I replied, shrugging. "You?"

"Well, after Kayla, I really don't know what I would want in my life. Maybe someone who could treat me right?" He shrugged.

"Hmm," I mumbled.

"But I meant about your career." He replied.

"Oh, well...I've always wanted to sing. So maybe now that I have a fandom, I could try?" I responded. "You?"

"Continuing vlogs and the hype house," He responded.

"So we're both looking for love?" I asked.

"Yeah," He responded, not daring to look into my eyes.

"Is that why we thought this would be nice?" I asked, looking at the night sky.

"Wait, was it not?" He asked, wide-eyed.

"No, no, Thomas, it was lovely," I responded. "I just mean, do you want to try with me?"

"I mean you are an amazing person and we were friends before TikTok, so I guess," He turned onto the street of the house. 

"But Nick?" I asked.

"Yeah, Nick would kill me if he saw me with his sister," He responded.

"Then we'll keep this on the down-low," I spoke. 

He parked at the front and walked into the house. 

I waited a few seconds before going in through the back to make it not suspicious. I walked up to my room and set my purse down on my bed. I walked into the bathroom and took off all my makeup.

"Hey, Al!" Charli exclaimed, walking into the room.

"Hey," I responded, wiping my eyes.

"Where were you?" She asked.

"Oh, just with a friend," I lied. 

"Alright," SHe spoke as I continued wiping myself.

The Next Day

I watched as Charli filmed a TikTok. She finished and laughed as she grabbed her phone.

"Perfect!" She exclaimed. She left the room leaving me alone. After about 10 minutes, Thomas walked in.

"Hey," He spoke, sitting down on my bed next to me.

"Hi," I spoke, putting my phone down.

"Aliyah, I wanted to ask you something." He started. I nodded as he continued. "Ever since I met you, I knew you were different from Kayla. I knew that I wanted something with you. For three months, I have felt like this. I finally have enough courage to ask this. Aliyah Austin, will you be my girlfriend?" 

I was shocked by his question but I knew I wasn't making a mistake by saying this.

"Yes!" I screamed. He smiled and leaned in to kiss me. I kissed back softly brushing his hair back. I pulled away after about five minutes. He stared into my eyes with a smile on his face.

"It might be soon to say this but I love-" I started. "The renegade." 

He stared at me with a confused and then looked behind him where Jack and James were standing holding some food for us. They stared at us with confused faces.

"Hi, guys," Thomas said looking back at them.

"Hey, what are you doing in her room?" James asked referring to me.

"Umm, we were talking about business stuff," I said awkwardly.

"Then why are you on her bed?" Jack asked.

"She was showing me something," Thomas said trying to cover up for us. Jack looked and me and I nodded. They gave us our food and left.

"Close one," I said to Thomas as he sipped a Ba-Ha Blast.

"So what were you saying?" He asked grabbing my hand.

"Umm nothing," I said realizing it was too soon.

"I love you too Aliyah." He said making me smile. We sat there and talked for a while. 

Author's Note: I'ma do slowwwwww updates on this cuz school is packin' the hell up right now. Do teachers think it's ok to terrorize us????
