1 Week Later

I sat in my room playing a verse to myself.

It had been a week since Thomas left me and I haven't left my room since. Charli would bring me food, asking what was wrong but I kept silent.

"Al, I got you coffee," Dixie spoke as she walked in. I didn't bother to look up at her. I just continued playing the verse while looking down. "Al?"

She paused.

"Are you ok?" She asked. "Please, just tell me what's wrong!"

"Nothing," I mumbled loud enough for her to hear.

"Then why won't you eat or leave the room?" She asked, sitting down on her bed.

"I just...don't feel like it," I lied.

"Come," She grabbed my arm and dragged me down the stairs. Thomas, Nick, Ryland, Chase, Alex, and Calvin were sitting on the couch. I avoided eye contact with Thomas and turned to Nick.

"If it isn't my younger sister," Nick rolled his eyes.

"Oh shut up," I spoke to him. I walked past him and swated his head. I walked over to where Charli was, avoiding eye contact with my former lover.

The memories played in my mind.

I stood on the balcony, waiting for my man to arrive. He finally did, dressed in a pair of sweats with a hoodie.

"Hello baby," He smiled as he hugged me.

"Hello love," I spoke into his chest. I pulled away and looked into his green eyes that faded the blue.

I leaned in and pressed my lips against his. He gripped my waist, pulling me closer.

I released the memory from my mind and looked at Kouvr who was talking about how badly Alex pranked her last week.

"And this imbecile decides to put Stormy in the fucking pool!" Kouvr screamed, making me and Charli laugh out.

"ALEX! YOU OWE KOUVR A NEW PET!" Dixie screamed, making the boys laugh. A familiar laugh filled my ears.

Thomas.

I ignored it and looked down.

"I love you, baby. And if it's quite alright. I need you, baby. To warm the lonely night. I love you, baby. Trust in me when I say. Oh, pretty baby. Don't bring me down, I pray. Oh, pretty baby. Now that I've found you, stay. And let me love you, baby. Let me love you," I sang while Thomas held onto me.

"You're just too good to be true. Can't take my eyes off of you. You'd be like Heaven to touch. I wanna hold you so much. At long last, love has arrived. And I thank God I'm alive. You're just too good to be true. Can't take my eyes off you," Thomas continued for me.

"This is heaven, and I wanna live here forever. With you," I spoke, looking into his eyes.

"Well, I'm going to hell so you're in the wrong place," He joked. The night sky was gorgeous. Twinkling stars, dark ombre patterns, and just the moonlight. "You know, the sky isn't as beautiful as you."

"Oh really?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yes my beloved," He leaned down and pecked my lips again.

I shut my eyes tightly and let out a sigh.

"Alya?" Charli whispered into my ear. My eyes shot open and I turned to her. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah," I whispered back.

No. I'm not fucking ok. The guy I love - Sorry, LOVED - is sitting over there and is making me play memories of our time together in my mind.

Author's Note: NO! THIS IS NOT THE END OF ALIYAH AND THOMAS! I AM DETERMAINED TO CONTINUE!

Update on my sister: She's been crying and eating a lot of ice cream with me so that's fun. And we made our brother go out and get us some candy sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
