Time seemed to move so slowly when their eyes meet. She was slowly falling for his teal orbed trap, she was about to agree to sing tomorrow.

But then a flashback came and struck her thoughts.

"I-im sorry. I have to go get some fresh air." (Y/N) stammers. Then walks out the room.

-

Luka watches in dismay as (Y/N) walks out the door, her silhouette slowly darting away. He was concerned for her. He could feel the negative aura that surrounds her. She was scared, frightened. By what thought?

He heaves out a sigh.
'Why is she so difficult?'

Nonetheless, he stood up and started walking out the door. He looks back at his team and (Y/N)'s one last time before he heads off looking for her.

"I'll be back in a few. You guys keep practicing."

And then he closes the door shut.

Luka runs down the hallways where he last saw (Y/N) lingering. He didn't know where she could've gone, so he tries to look for her around the building.

He starts at the locker room, then the main hall, then the basketball court. He couldn't fine her anywhere.

As he was about to give up, he hears this soft melody. It's somewhat familiar, it's as if he's heard this melodic voice before from somewhere. Then it clicked him.

He follows the voice, trying to concentrate on the voice as he wanders around the busy crowd of students and contestants. The voice then leads him up the stairs, then it led him to an empty music room on the farthest side of the building.

He ever so gently open the door to the room, careful not to startle the beauty that is she, who was singing a song that Lukas probably heard before. Her voice was more chiming and melodic in acapella, and it almost had Luka in a music trance. He's never heard something this amazing before.

"You and I
We're like fireworks and symphonies exploding in the sky
With you, I'm alive
Like all the missing pieces of my heart, they finally collide
So stop time right here in the moonlight
'Cause I don't ever wanna close my eyes."

" Without you, I feel broke
Like I'm half of a whole
Without you, I've got no hand to hold
Without you, I feel torn
Like a sail in a storm
Without you, I'm just a sad song
I'm just a sad song."

His stealth mission was abandoned, forgotten. He slowly walks up to her, his breath hitching with every lyrics she sings.

"With you, I fall
It's like I'm leaving all my past and silhouettes up on the wall
With you, I'm a beautiful mess
It's like we're standing hand and hand with all our fears up on the edge
So stop time right here in the moonlight
'Cause I don't ever wanna close my eyes."

Luka then heaves out the courage to speak up. As much as he didn't want to disturb her and her beautiful singing. He thought that maybe she wouldn't appreciate him sneaking up to her as she sings.

"You really are full of surprises, aren't you?"

(Y/N) squeaked, stopping her beautiful melodic trance. She was sitting in one of those school desks they have at their rooms. She whirls her head around to see Luka who was awkwardly giving her that goofy smile of his. She shrugged and turned opposite to his direction.

"Hey." She merely replied.

Luka didn't get the memo immediately and sat down beside her, causing the girl to shuffle a bit. There was a moment of awkward silence between them. (Y/N) prays that he'd understand that she just wants some peace and quiet alone, but he didn't pick up what she was putting down.

"Why don't you want to do the Solo tomorrow?" He asks.

No answer.

"(Y/N) is there something wrong?"

No answer.

"Why don't you wanna sing? You have an amazing voice."

No answer.

"Is it because of your past? I know you can do i-"

"It's none of your business Couffaine!!". She then shouts. Causing both Luka and herself quite alarmed. (Y/N) didn't mean to lose her temper on him like that, or call him by his last name.

She looks at him with regret, her eyes held an apologetic look. Luka was surprised of course, but he won't let that get in between them. He gives her a small smile and started to gently pat her back in a friendly manner.

"(Y/N) (Y/N) it's okay. I'm sorry I keep asking questions. I know im not supposed to." He apologizes.

"Stage fright." She then answers. Luka gave her a confused look.

"I have stage fright." She specifies.

Luka heaves out a sigh and nodded, understanding her pain. Hes also been in this situation before.

"Everything will be okay (Y/N). You shouldn't look down on yourself. I've seen how you play, and sing. You are amazing." Luka says, surprising both (Y/N) and himself.

Has he always been the poetic type?

She didn't answer. She was trying to take in Lukas words on encouragement. She was (Bands Name)'s leader. She can't just back out that easily.

"I guess I'll do it." She then answers, sounding quite unsure. She looks back at Luka, who was intently looking her. His teal orbs shining brighter than before as she looks at (Y/N)'s (E/C) ones. She smiles at him then stood up.

-

"(Y/N)'s playing tomorrow!!" Luciana cheers as she passes down the great news Luka announced at her teammates.

Everybody in the room rejoices. The fact that (Y/N) is doing a solo tomorrow sounds like a huge deal to them.

"I'm so happy for you (Y/N). It's been so long since we heard you sing solo." Bradley comments. (Y/N) shrugged at him and started walking back and forth to calm her rapid heartbeat.

"Come to think of it, this is the second times she's doing a solo. Last time she did a solo was on..." Luciana stops on her tracks. Luka, who was listening this whole time, wanted to find out the last times (Y/N) has done a solo.

"On?" Luka then asks Luciana. She shrugs at him and gave him a glare. Luciana doesn't like him very much.

"It's nothing." She merely says.

Now Luka has another mystery to solve. (Y/N) sure is a puzzle to be wrecking with.
