The sun was already setting when (Y/N) decided to go back to their dorm/practice room. Her cheeks were flaring and flaming red hot, the thought of that serpent themed hero rests still in her mind.

She couldn't believe it! Heroes, Villains, and magical destinies are real! Her encounter with Paris' superheroes earlier definitely got her all pumped up.

Then there was Viperion.

(Y/N) shook her head, mentally scolding herself for crushing on someone she just met. She doesn't know anything about that serpent themed hero. Except for one thing..

He was very attractive.

"(Y/N) where were you?!"

(Y/N) was struck out of her reverie, her eyes darting to an angry looking Luciana. Who's face was in a scowl.

She gave her childhood friend a confused look, not quite noticing that she was already in her destination and she was just to busy ogling about that serpent themed hero.

"What?"

"I saw Luka got back 3 hours ago. What were you doing?!" Luciana then said, her tone of voice slightly getting higher and higher.

(Y/N) gave her a small awkward smile as she rubs the nape of her neck, trying to determine if she should tell her about her recent encounters or just make up a stupid excuse.

"I-i uhh.." She then trails off, her eyes darting everywhere but at Luciana's gaze. Luciana could feel the nervousness erupting from (Y/N), and it only fed the mama hen inside her.

"Maybe she found a new date." A voice then chimed in. Blush soared (Y/N)'s cheeks as she sees Rose, who has her hand on her hips and a triumphant smirk on her plump lips.

(Y/N) immediately shook her head to a no, frantically waving her arms as she tries to explain the misunderstanding.

"N-no it's not that! I just.. I.."

"Maybe she met someone else and they went on a date." Another voice chimed in. Juleka walks into their room, immediately wrapping her arms around Rose.

"No! I mean... kind of?"

There were three surprised looks darting at (Y/N)'s direction. The red tinting on her cheeks weren't helping in the matter, as it seems to be more believable.

"No. Wait. What?" Luciana said, her eyes looking at (Y/N)'s (E/C) ones. Searching for a confirmation of some sort. They were all shocked to see her give a small nod.

"I met this guy."

"So.. Your telling me that you met a hot serpent themed hero that saved you from a boulder." Luciana repeats, trying to understand her best friends words. Trying to seep in this strange information.

(Y/N) gives her a nod as she bites her lip, thinking that Luciana would think of her as a crazy person. But there's no backing out of this situation now. Luciana's eyes darted at (Y/N)'s direction, looking for some kind of sanity left in her friends eyes.

"Well..." (Y/N) then says, darting off as she looks as Luciana's confused look.

"I don't buy it. Tell me the truth." Luciana then said, her voice not even faltering for a second. (Y/N) looks at her in alarm.

"I-i swear I'm telling the truth! Those superheroes I'm telling you about are real!" She tries to explain. But as much as Luciana wanted to believe her childhood friend, she thought that her superheroes excuse was just plain stupid.

"Nah. I swear if you don't tell me the truth right now I'm gonna beat some ass." Luciana then warns, earning a small gulp from (Y/N). She didn't know how to properly explain herself. I mean, no one outside of Paris would believe her.

Maybe.

"Hey guys! What's up." They then hear a voice say. Luciana and (Y/N) looks to see Rose, Juleka, and all their other friends arrive. The small cinnamon roll instantly froze in her place as she saw the piercing glare that Luciana has.

Luciana looks at (Y/N), then back at Rose, determine to get this situation done for. Once and for all.

"(Y/N) here is being delusional! Bugs and cats and snake themed heroes, saving her from a giant boulder. It's just absurd!"

Juleka looks at Lucianas gaze, a soft smile up her lips as she sat down the open seat and patted the space next to her. Luciana sat beside her, a confused look on her face as she sees Julekas calm expression.

"(Y/N) is not lying."

Luciana looks at Juleka in alarm, her eyes as wide as saucers. Like a deer caught in headlights.

Rose then chimes in and says on the armrest beside Juleka. She then opens her phone and starts to scroll, it's as if looking for something.

"Here. Let me show you the Ladyblog. (Y/N) is definitely not lying!" She then exclaims.

The Miraculouses are magical jewels. Worn as jewelry, they have the ability to transform their wearers, with the help of the kwamis, into animal-themed, super-powered beings.

Kwamis have existed since the beginning of the universe. Being abstract creatures, each kwami is formed whenever a new idea, concept, or emotion comes into existence in the universe, such as creation, love, beauty, and mathematics. However, tangible creatures, like humans, could not see or sense kwamis; so the kwamis could only roam the universe without communicating with them.

Thousands of years ago, a mage successfully helped the kwamis to interact with humans by creating magic jewels, which were called Miraculouses. When the kwamis inhabited them, the Miraculouses bestowed amazing power on their wearers.

There are two Miraculouses that are more powerful than the rest: the Ladybug Miraculous, having the power of creation from the first kwami in existence, Ladybug. And the Cat Miraculous, having the power of destruction.

Luciana and (Y/N) stood there dumbfounded as they listen and watch the Ladyblog, held by Juleka and Rose's classmate. Desperately trying to catch up as they were both confused and intrigued.

(Y/N) sat there, thinking to herself as she listens to them explain the origins and purpose of the so called Miraculouses. As much as she wanted to stop thinking about him, as much as she wanted to just forget about the serpent themed hero.

She couldn't.
