Treated Different

"What are you guys talking about?'' I asked them. I was sitting in the great hall with Hermione, Harry,Ginny, Fred and George.

"I could have sworn nobody was in the common room but there's a rumor going around about you shifting." Hermione explained.

"I really don't care, it's not a big deal." I shrugged my shoulders.

"You don't care? you know the professor can kind out and dumbledore. You could get in really bad trouble." Harry said.

"Dumbdlore already knows and i'm sure the Professors know too."

"They know?" ginny asked.

"Yea and i dont give two fucks about everybody in the school knowing. They can't really do anything about it plus i have the power to do whatever i want." i joked

"That's scary.'' Fred said clearly not getting the joke.

"Whats scary." i asked him trying to see where he was going with this.

"You can control us. If we do something you don't like you can do whatever you want to us." they all nodded agreeing with him except for hermione.

"Especially now that we know you're a slytherin." harry said

"What is that suppose to mean?" i was really shocked that they said that. They already know I don't act like a slytherin.

"Slyherin are evil." George said. I grabbed my shifting notebook and started to write something down.

"What is she doing." Harry asked

"Why did you guys make her mad." Ginny paincked.

"Omg we are going to die!" Fred said. I stopped writing and put my pen down.

"I just wrote lines down! Do you guys really think I would hurt you or hurt anybody in this hall? You guys should know that I would never. Not all slytherins are bad and Harry you should know that. This is exactly why i script to be in gryffindor, i knew you guys wouldn't want to be friends with me.'' I grabbed my book and stormed out of the great hall. I was speed walking in the corridor but then I bumped into somebody my notebook dropped on the floor. I looked up and saw cedic diggory. He picked up the notebook and handed it to me.

"Um t-thanks." I could feel my face heating up.

"No problem. I'm Cedric diggory."

"Yea i know..... I mean im y/n l/n."

"Wait you're that girl that everybody is talking about." he asked.

"Yea that me." I avoided eye contact with him.

"Hey, i don't believe a word they said,there's no way that you're from a different reality that's not even poss-"

"The rumors are true." I cut him off.

He looked at me shocked, "wait what how?"

"I shifted here. I'm pretty sure there's books in the library about them. Anyways i have to go." I didn't want to talk about anybody after what just went down in the great hall. I started pacing back in front in the corridor not knowing if I should go back to the great hall or the common room. After a while i got tired of walking around doing nothing so i headed back to the common

"Password?" the fat lady asked.

"Fairy lights." my voice cracked when i said it. I don't know why but all my emotion started to kick in. I didn't know if it was the fact that I always hide my emotions until I get to my room but the tears started to fall from my face when I climbed through the portrait hole. I looked up and saw Harry, Hermione, Ginny, Fred and george. Ron was there too. I had no idea why he wasn't at lunch but I really didn't care right now. They all stood up from their seats to look at me. Fred was about to open his mouth but I put my hand up stopping him.

"I wanna be alone." my eyes went from them to ron. "Alone with you. Does that make sense.?" the tear we still falling from my eyes. He nodded his head. Both me and him started walking up the stairs without saying a word to each other.

I sat on the bed next to him and put my head on his shoulder.

"I thought they would treat me different but they did. They told me that slytherins are evil and they probably didn't mean to be mean to me, but it still hurts because I am a slytherin. When i was little i always hated the fact that i was in slytherin i still do and i hate it more now.I wanted to tell them about shifting but it changed how they saw me. Especially Fred and George, I always looked up to them the most." i rabmed. " i wasn't even going to use the journal. The only time I was going to use it, if it was important. You're the only one that didn't treat me different Ron . You knew I wasn't like the rest of them."

None ones pov

The 5 of them were just standing there not knowing what to do. y/n looked really hurt and it was all because of them.

"Okay what she said didn't make sense. She wanted to be alone but only with Ron. Why Ron out of all of us." George asked. The rest of the group looked at him like he was stupid. "What?"

"He wasn't with us in the great hall when we said those things to her. Plus he's the only one that actually gets her." Ginny explained.

"I don't get why she's so mad about what we said." Harry said. Hermione threw her hands up in the air flustered.

"You guys don't get it do you? After me and y/n explain everything to ginny. Me and y/n had a talk about this shifting thing. I wanted to know why she shifted to see us. She said it's always been her dream since she was seven. She read the book and fell in love with our character, she always wanted to be like me and Ginny. She looked up to Fred and George, she would try to play pranks on her family. She lied on her eye exam to get glasses like yours Harry. She loves all of you, she grew up trying to be just like us. You don't understand how much you guys hurt her just now. She looked up to all of you guys and you called her evil just because she was in a different house than us. She only scripted that she was in gryffindor because she knew you guys would do something like this and she was right you guys did." Hermione rambled.

All of them looked at Hermione shocked, they never knew this stuff about y/n. They already felt bad for what they said but they didn't know they meant so much to her.

"We just thought that she was mean because of how the other slytherins act." fred explained

"Well i'm not like that other slytherin." y/n said. She was eavesdropping on the conversation that they were having. Ron went back to his dorm to take a nap.

"Were really sorry y/n.'' George said, everybody started saying yea and nodded their heads.

"We just wanna get you the way Ron does." Harry said.

"Harry you cant. Only ron can." Ginny laughed, shooting me a wink.

"And why is that." I raised my eyebrow.

"Because you like him, it's obvious." heriome exclaimed.

"No, I don't." I scoff, they all looked at me with a 'hmm sure' look. I started to panic "oh my god, do i make it obvious?"

"YES" they all said
