We made out way back, the hallways were getting darker. We turned a corner and I saw a silver door with some type of scanner on the side. I glanced towards George but he hung his head low. We kept on moving until we reached an elevator a few steps past the silver door. He pressed the up button around 30 seconds later I heard a soft ding, it wasn't loud. The doors opened and he pressed the top button out of the 4. Each floor was labeled: Lobby, Floor 1, Floor 2, and the Roof.

We moved up, a few moments later of comforting silence, the soft ding again and the doors opened to a beautiful view. We walked to the edge, leaning on the bar. The night sky lit up by the city's lights but the building so tall the stars were visible, the old buildings that still stood along with the newer buildings, a ferris wheel in the distance, the Westminster Palace a few buildings away it seemed, there was so much it was hard to describe. I glanced to my left to see him, his face looked angelic with the moonlight shining upon it. He looked towards me, we made eye contact. It looked as if he was seeing this view for the first time, just as me.

¨How come this is your first time? You live here, you have access to this all the time.¨

¨I know you have heard about this building, your uber driver probably told you. No one knows who lives here besides the staff, you and Sapnap. I can't be in public in my home, trust me there have been helicopters, drones and other things trying to see who lives here. I have done a good job at hiding it. If word gets out I live here I will be screwed.¨

¨George.. I have heard about this place. I didn't know about the press trying to figure out who lives here. Please tell me how you can afford this place, it is scary finding out your crush / best friend lives in the most expensive place in the country besides the Buckingham Palace and the other palaces.¨

¨I-I um okay, I kinda get it but you cannot tell a soul. Know one knows about this, just myself. I have a huge diamond company, I sell diamonds. Raw diamonds not jewelry.¨

¨What do you mean raw diamonds? Like just the diamond itself?¨

¨Yeah, that silver door you passed holds them. I can show you the room but you cannot tell anyone else but before that can I ask why did you kiss me?¨

¨I love you George, I am in love with you. More than a best friend way, I love you in a romantic way. I am guessing you feel the same?¨

¨I do feel the same but I do not want to go too fast. Should we go to the door now?¨

¨Yes, and thank you George. We can take it slow.¨

A breeze flew by his hair flowing along with it. I grabbed his hand to the elevator and pressed Floor 1.

I left his breath behind me, I wasn't sure if I should show him this. I had to though, he was my best friend and lover. I slowly moved my hand up to the scanner, the surface was cold as ever but this time it made me shiver. The door clicked open, I slowly pushed it open remembering the system still shutting off.
